The YESOUL T5 Series Pre Order Gift Program, referred to as the “Program,” begins on July 11, 2026, and ends on September 22, 2026, or once 1,000 Gift Sets have been claimed, whichever occurs first. This period is referred to as the “Program Period.”

Yes. The T5 Series comes with a Limited Warranty that covers the touchscreen and most original components for up to 12 months, the drive motor and walking belt for up to 3 years, and the treadmill frame for up to 5 years.
Replacement parts covered under warranty can only be shipped within the United States. Some remote areas may be excluded, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and ferry-only accessible locations. Please note that the warranty is voided, and service or repairs are not offered, if the treadmill is moved outside the United States.
Your core T5 features work without a YESOUL membership. That includes speed, incline, workout modes, ZoneFinder™, ZoneSync™, and screen access. T5 Plus supports wired phone mirroring. T5 Max and T5 Ultra support on-screen streaming so you can watch your favorite content directly on the display. Third party apps, streaming services, and fitness platforms may require their own accounts or subscriptions.
