We offer FREE shipping within the United States, Australia, and Canada for orders above $99. Please note that we do our best to provide shipping services to all of our customers across the United States, Canada, and Australia. However, due to certain limitations, there are certain areas that we are unable to deliver to at this time.

 

Shipping Restrictions

For our customers in the United States, we are unable to deliver to the following areas:

• Alaska
• U.S Virgin Islands
• Hawaii
• Marshall Islands
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Puerto Rico

Please note that delivery is not available for P.O. BOX or APO/FPO addresses, as well as HI, GU & Military States AA, AE, and AP.

Shipping Methods by Region

1. United States: All orders will be shipped via FedEx/UPS from our warehouse located in the United States.
2. Canada: All orders will be shipped via UPS from our warehouse located in Canada.
Please Note: Due to increased shipping and handling costs, a flat shipping fee of $49.99 will be applied to all orders shipping to Canada. Free shipping is no longer available for Canadian orders.
3. Australia: All orders will be shipped via Parcel/Fastway/Express/Allied from our warehouse located in Australia.

Additional Shipping Fees for Remote Areas

For our customers Australia, due to the high logistics cost of remote areas, we need to charge additional shipping fees for orders in these areas. The specific shipping fees will depend on the shipping address. If you would like to know the shipping fees before placing your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
We will calculate the shipping fees based on your postal code and product information and provide detailed explanations and recommendations. We will also try our best to find the most economical and practical shipping method to save your cost.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Processing Time: Please expect orders to ship within 24 hours on business days.
Shipping Time: Delivery is expected within 4-14 business days.

Total Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time = 5-17 business days.

Please note that shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to an invalid address or other unforeseen events.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier. Occasionally, tracking information will show that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. If you don’t receive the package within the next few business days, please:
