We offer FREE shipping within the United States, Australia, and Canada for orders above $99. Please note that we do our best to provide shipping services to all of our customers across the United States, Canada, and Australia. However, due to certain limitations, there are certain areas that we are unable to deliver to at this time.

For our customers in the United States, we are unable to deliver to the following areas:

  • Alaska
  • U.S Virgin Islands
  • Hawaii
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico

Please note that delivery is not available for P.O. BOX or APO/FPO addresses, as well as HI, GU & Military States AA, AE, and AP.

    All orders within the United States will be shipped via FedEx from our warehouse located in the United States. All orders within Canada will be shipped via UPS from our warehouse located in Canada. All orders within Australia will be shipped via PARCEL/FASTWAY from our warehouse located in Australia.

    For our customers in Canada and Australia, due to the high logistics cost of remote areas, we need to charge additional shipping fees for orders in these areas. The specific shipping fees will depend on the shipping address. If you would like to know the shipping fees before placing your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will calculate the shipping fees based on your postal code and product information and provide detailed explanations and recommendations. We will also try our best to find the most economical and practical shipping method to save your cost.

    Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we will likely be shipping less frequently than usual as we try to reduce our physical presence in the warehouse. All health guidelines are being followed as we take extra care to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers' orders. Please expect orders to ship within 24 hours on business days(processing time) and delivery in 4-14 business days (shipping time). Total Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time = 5-17 business days. 

    Please note that shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address or other unforeseen events.

    When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier. Occasionally, tracking information will show that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. If you don’t receive the package within the next few business days, please:

    • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
    • Look around the delivery location.

    If you have placed an order for the G1MAX or G1PLUS product, your package will be shipped in two separate packages. We understand that this may raise concerns, but we want to assure you that there is no need to worry. Our goal is to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your products, and splitting the shipment into two packages allows us to do so effectively.
