No, the massage gun should only be used on the body's soft tissues. Avoid using it on any hard or boney parts to prevent bruising. It is strictly prohibited to use it directly on the spine, head, or neck. For muscle groups near the Achilles tendon or shoulders, we specifically recommend using the contoured U-shaped head.
Why does the massage gun turn off automatically during use?
To prevent over-massaging a specific muscle group and to protect the motor, the MG19 is designed with a smart 10-minute auto-shutoff feature. If you wish to continue your session, simply turn the device back on. However, we recommend not using the product continuously for more than 30 minutes.
