Inside the Training
Richard Whitehead MBE
Richard Whitehead MBE is more than an athlete—he’s a symbol of resilience. Born without legs below the knee, he went from training on his knees with sports cups to completing the New York Marathon just 13 days after receiving his first running blades. Since then, he’s claimed Paralympic gold, set multiple world records, and completed 90 marathons, including 40 in 40 days across the UK. His journey isn’t just about winning races—it’s about proving that limits exist only where we place them.
Now, as he pushes toward his 100th marathon, the Yesoul G1 M Plus Bike has become a key part of his training. For Richard, it’s more than equipment—it’s a partner that helps him prepare smarter, balance recovery with intensity, and arrive at every start line ready. Just as his story shows, movement is about possibility, and with Yesoul, every ride builds toward something greater.

Dr. Justine Roper
Dr. Justine Williams Roper, also known as Doctor Jus, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic health specialist, and endurance athlete based in Florida. As the Founder and CEO of InHer Physique Pelvic Therapy & Wellness, she helps women improve performance, recovery, and long-term health through evidence-based care. Drawing from both clinical expertise and personal experience—including completing Abbott World Marathon Majors while undergoing surgeries for uterine fibroids—she advocates for a balanced approach where healing and performance coexist. Through coaching, speaking, and education, she empowers women to pursue sustainable fitness with confidence, resilience, and respect for their bodies.
Genevieve Gregson
Genevieve Gregson is one of Australia’s most accomplished distance runners—a four-time Olympian, three-time Olympic finalist, and the national record holder in the 3000m steeplechase. As she balances elite sport with motherhood, her relationship with fitness has evolved from pure performance to sustainable, everyday strength. Training at home with the YESOUL bike, she has found new ways to stay consistent, connected, and resilient, proving that endurance doesn’t disappear with life’s changes—it adapts. Genevieve continues to inspire athletes and families alike by redefining what strength, balance, and movement can look like at every stage of life.
Kerllen Rego
Kerllen Rego is a marathoner, triathlete, and content creator whose journey is defined by consistency. With over 20 years of running experience, she has completed 20 marathons—including 13 World Marathon Majors—alongside triathlons and an ultramarathon. As a wife and mother of two, Kerllen integrates training into real life, sharing an honest, grounded approach to fitness that values discipline over motivation. Through her leadership in running, beginner-friendly programs, and authentic storytelling, she inspires a global community to see movement not as perfection, but as a sustainable, lifelong practice—one steady step at a time.
