YESOUL Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These Gift Card Terms & Conditions apply to digital gift cards purchased from the YESOUL U.S. online store. By purchasing or redeeming a YESOUL gift card, you agree to these terms.
1. Gift Card Delivery
YESOUL gift cards are delivered digitally by email to the email address provided at checkout. No physical gift card will be shipped.
Gift cards are sent after the order has been processed. Delivery may be delayed if additional payment verification is required.
If you do not receive your gift card email, please check your Primary, Promotions, and Spam/Junk folders. If you still cannot find it, contact YESOUL Customer Support with your order number.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that gift card details are sent to the intended recipient.
2. Where Gift Cards Can Be Used
YESOUL gift cards can be redeemed toward eligible purchases on the YESOUL U.S. online store where the gift card was purchased.
Gift cards are denominated in U.S. dollars (USD) and cannot be redeemed at other regional YESOUL online stores or third-party retailers unless expressly stated.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
3. Using Your Gift Card
To redeem a gift card, enter its unique code in the designated gift card field at checkout.
- Multiple gift cards: Multiple YESOUL gift cards may be used toward a single order.
- Additional payment methods: If your gift card balance does not cover the full order total, you can pay the remaining amount using another available payment method.
- Partial redemption: You do not need to spend the full balance in one transaction. Any remaining balance can be used toward future eligible purchases.
- Taxes and shipping: Gift card balances may be applied toward eligible order charges, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- Promotional discounts: Eligible promotional discounts may be used in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
Gift cards are payment methods, not discount codes. The value of a gift card represents the amount available for redemption.
4. Expiration and Fees
YESOUL gift cards do not expire. No maintenance, inactivity, or dormancy fees will be charged.
5. Refunds and Cash Redemption
All YESOUL gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, eligible remaining balances may be redeemed for cash or otherwise refunded. Refunds for merchandise purchased using a gift card are subject to the YESOUL Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
Please keep your gift card code secure and treat it like cash. Anyone with access to a valid gift card code may be able to redeem its remaining balance.
If you believe your gift card has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization, contact YESOUL Customer Support as soon as possible.
Replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed, except where required by applicable law.
7. Fraud and Misuse
YESOUL reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized purchases, or unlawful use of gift cards. We may suspend or decline redemption where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, subject to applicable law.
8. Gift Card Balance
You can check your remaining balance using the balance inquiry link provided in your gift card email, where available, or by contacting YESOUL Customer Support.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to applicable federal and state laws. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
