RETURNING YOUR YESOUL PRODUCT
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new Yesoul Product, you can request a return within 14 days after your delivery. In this case, we don't provide shipping label, and $100 need to be charged additionally for restocking.
Yesoul’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Bike Warranty and our Limited Tread Warranty.
Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Yesoul Product. Returns made outside of our 14-Day Home Trial will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $250 or more for Bikes, and $300 or more for Treads, depending on your location.
Before you sign your package, Please ensure the condition of it. if it has been damaged, Please do not sign it. Return to us. It is logistic resposibility.
To protect your rights, ensure the product is in good condition. Please recording the unboxing progress.
If your Yesoul Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Yesoul reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Yesoul’s sole discretion.
If your Yesoul Product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used, or purchased marked down/sale item:
Shoes
Water Bottles
In-Ear Headphones
Heart Rate Monitors
All other returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. Yesoul is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
