1. How to Cancel an Order or Request a Return
To cancel an order or start a return, please contact YESOUL FITNESS Customer Support through one of the following channels:

Please include your order number so we can assist you faster.
2. Within 24 Hours of Order Submission
If you contact us within 24 hours after placing your order, YESOUL FITNESS will provide free return or cancellation support.
If the order has not been delivered, you may request a free return or cancellation. If the package has already shipped, YESOUL FITNESS will cover the related shipping costs.
If the order has already been delivered within this 24-hour period, YESOUL FITNESS will provide a prepaid return label, and the return shipping cost will be covered by YESOUL FITNESS.
3. After 24 Hours of Order Submission
If the order has not been delivered but the package is already in transit, the customer is responsible for a USD $100 package interception fee.
If the order has been delivered and the return request is made within 14 days of delivery, the item may be returned for a refund. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and a USD $100 restocking fee.
If the order has been delivered for more than 14 days, returns and refunds are not supported.
Important Notes
The 24-hour window is calculated from the time the order is submitted.
The 14-day return window is calculated from the delivery date.
Returns sent without prior approval from YESOUL FITNESS Customer Support may not be accepted.
Return Your YESOUL FITNESS Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any brand-new YESOUL FITNESS product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Please note, for non-defective returns:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- The customer is responsible for a USD $100 restocking fee.
If the product is defective, damaged due to a quality issue, or incorrect due to our error, we will, after verification, cover the return shipping cost or provide a return label, and no restocking fee will apply.
Except for quality-related issues, items are not eligible for a refund after 14 days from delivery.
Due to the large size and weight of our fitness products, if you paid any additional shipping or delivery fees (if applicable) at checkout, such fees are non-refundable.
Receiving YESOUL FITNESS Products or Accessories
To protect your rights and help ensure the product’s condition, we recommend recording a video while unboxing.
Returned items must:
- Be in the original packaging box
- Include the manual and charger
- Remain new and unused
If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, Yesoul reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Return YESOUL FITNESS Accessories
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange once worn/used, or if they are discounted/promotional items:
- Shoes
- Water bottle
- Seat cushion cover
- Yoga mat
- Heart rate monitor
- Massage Gun
- TV Stick
Other accessories must be requested for return within 14 days of purchase and sent back in the original packaging.
Yesoul is not responsible for packages lost in transit without valid tracking proof.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
