I had been looking (for YEARS) at investing in an indoor bike to offset some of my running. This bike was easy to assemble (took me about an hour), and it’s super compact. There is a free app with a mix of free workouts & experiences well as ones accessible with paid membership. Bluetooth connects your phone/app to the bike’s screen. Definitely a fan of the technology, and convenience (And the price!

Staying motivated isn't always easy, even when you love working out like I do. Trying new workouts, upgrading my gear and equipment helps. I am loving the Yesoul G1 Max! I can practice anything from Yoga to Cardio & Strength. I love having the 32” display for a more immersive experience. Plus it is compatible with Peloton and Youtube!
