Program Overview
If you place an eligible order on yesoulfitness.com between November 10, 2025 and December 1, 2025, and a lower price for the same product becomes available on our website within 30 days of your purchase, YESOUL will refund you the price difference.
This guarantee allows customers to shop early with confidence—if the price drops, we’ll make it right.
Eligible Products
The 30-Day Price Guarantee applies only to new YESOUL products purchased directly from yesoulfitness.com, including the following categories:

Accessories, refurbished items, open-box products, or purchases made through third-party retailers or resellers are not eligible.
How to Request a Price Adjustment
To request a refund for a price difference:

Contact YESOUL Member Support at support@yesoulfitness.com within 30 days of your purchase date.

Provide your order number and a screenshot or link showing the lower price on yesoulfitness.com.

Once verified, YESOUL will issue a refund for the price difference to your original payment method.
All claims must be submitted before January 1, 2026 to qualify.
Processing Time and Refund Method
Refunds for eligible claims will typically be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Credit or debit card purchases will be reimbursed to the same payment method used at checkout.
Exclusions
The YESOUL 30-Day Price Guarantee does not apply to:

Example
If you purchase a YESOUL T3S Plus Treadmill for $899 on November 12, 2025, and the price is reduced to $799 before December 12, 2025, you will be refunded the $100 difference.
