It was easy to set up so I was able to exercise within an hour!

My husband (69) and I (70) decided we just don't feel good about going back into the gym so I did some research and found the Yesoul training machine 1900 to have really high ratings. I've seen the late night commercials with Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkley and, I'll admit, giggled thinking, "That can not be much of a workout". Well, I was WRONG.First, it's an easy set up, second, we watched two YouTube videos showing the different beginner exercises, how to use the levels, etc. We both thought, "Okay, piece of cake." Let me tell you this system KICKED OUR BUTTS! We are feeling the burn and can't believe just how effective the Yesoul training machine really is for a full workout. My husband who is stronger is truly amazed and I'm really thrilled at the ease of the machine and will eventually get into the Pilates.Don't hesitate if you're thinking about getting the Yesoul training machine 1900.

Because of the pandemic, I chose to stop my Planet Fitness membership in favor of an at-home alternative. I watched a Chuck Norris infomercial on the Yesoul training machine, and while I��m never sold on items from infomercials, this one caught my eye. I decided to take the gamble and purchase one and I��m glad I did! This machine does EXACTLY what it purports to do, and I��ve actually gained muscle strength and definition over what I was getting at PF. I��m 67 years old and had triple bypass surgery 18 months ago. On my recent visit to the cardiologist, he commented repeatedly how good I looked and said ��definitely keep doing what you��re doing, see ��ya in a year��! By using the Yesoul training machine, I can work out whenever I want (even though I��m now retired) without leaving the house and with no fear of ��catching something�� from a previous equipment user. I��m not trying to take business away from PF, and the Yesoul training machine might not be the solution for everyone based on their fitness goals and personal situation, but for me, this was/is the perfect solution for my training objectives and health. Will purchase another one, should this one ever wear out!

The delivery was super quick. I ordered it right before midnight and it arrived the following day. It comes 95% assembled. It does take up a lot of space, but it can be folded and placed in a corner or under a bed. I keep my up because I am worried about accidently crushing my fingers.I am very happy my machine. I have been using it for three weeks. I have already noticed some small changes in my body. It does take some time learning how to get on and off the machine. I wouldn't want to use it for the first time in public. LOL! I find it very enjoyable sometimes fun to use.The only downside is the small foot platform. I will definitely purchase the larger foot platform. It will make doing the squats easier. I really wish I had bought this machine sooner.

I had help with the assembly but it looked pretty easy. I love being able to do exercises from a sitting and lying position because this takes a lot of stress off joints!!! Whether you are young, middle-aged, or in your golden Years, you can get the best workout in the comfort of your own home!! It gives you workouts at many levels. I had stopped working out and this was a great way to get started again!! You'll be happy if you purchase this product!!! I love it.

I think this is one of the best investment that I have made on exercising equipment and for someone who has bought quite a few over the years I am not disappointed with this machine. The machine is smooth when exercising and even though you are using your own bodyweight the versatility of the machine makes your workout so much better. Ten minutes into my workouts on this equipment and I am already sweating. And the number of different exercises that you can do is truly amazing. I must say that I am not a fan of the pulley apparatus I am actually using my foot straps with the rings to do my leg exercises which works for me but that's just me I personally know other people that swear by the pulley which is fine as well. But honestly I love this machine I also got the pull bar which is great as an accessory to your workout. All in all a worthwhile investment

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of setup. Some reviews had mentioned that the glide board was unstable, I did not feel this at all. I agree with one reviewer to put the foot of the unit against the wall. I really liked the workout it gives and easily found beginner videos online. There is a multitude of exercises that can be done with the additional bars included and they are relatively easy to put on and then remove. All in all a good purchase.

Love this new Yesoul training machine. The only downside and my ONLY negative review would be that the footrest they provide for you is just not big enough. My feet don't even fit on it properly and it makes squatting difficult. I know they sell an XL board but after spending so much on my Yesoul training machine I don't really feel like spending more. I will probably try and make one out of wood and use the bars the came on the original one.

EZ set up, EZ switch for basic exercises. I loved the high end one my PT has and this is a great low cost substitute.

I love the selection of workouts on one machine

This machine is exactly what it claims to be. It seems quite well made for the money and comes with a decent array of options. For anyone wishing to get in decent shape or maintain decent shape this machine and some effort on your part will do it. I have a Smith machine and tons of free weight and that's great but after a shoulder injury I needed something a bit more therapeutic and holistic. At 55 years old this thing is great. If I continue to use this G5 I may decide to upgrade to the full monty someday but honestly I don't know if that is necessary. But who wouldn't want to use the same machine Chuck Norris does? For its $400 price tag this machine came in two days pre assembled and ready to use. I can honestly say that it's more machine than 95% of the people living today will ever need. If your goal is to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger then I would go with a Smith machine and free weight. If Bruce Lee, Jamie Lee Curtis in her ultra sexy arobic days or an athletic swimmer is more your body goal than this machine will do just fine. As long as you commit to using it.

More effective workouts with better results

Enjoying this very much. Too many years sedentary. This is loosening me up nicely and strengthening my muscles once again. I like how I am not over straining myself or tiring out too easily. I am beginning to get better range of motion from both my shoulders and hips. My only complaint is the lack of hangers or retainers for the handles to keep them from just dropping to the floor when you're done. They also tend to get in the way when collapsing the machine for storage.

I now look forward to working out

Hi, I just purchased this for my elderly parents who are both in thier 70's. They had a gym membership and went to the gym 3 times a week faithfully but were getting to the point that traveling back and forth was becoming an issue which was the reason for buying your product. My question is they both have a difficult time getting up and out of the Yesoul training machine....is there any type of way that can be of help in this area? I know they are enjoying this so far but getting up and out is their issue. Maybe a safety bar attachment to help them grasp to get into an upright position so they dont have to squirm out of it on to the floor and find an alternate way of trying to get up. I cant imagine this isn't an issue for a lot of other elderly people as well. I really hope u can help becuz I want to see them continue exercising and enjoy this piece of equipment. They also enjoy watching your infomercials as well but u dont give any advice on getting up and out of it when u r much older.

I had a similar device 50 years ago but this new version is great

I love the sliding motion. I find it very relaxing. The range of motion is great, being able to work a lot of different muscles. I walk a lot, but wanted to start getting some work out for my arms, which this does in several different ways. The Yesoul training machine has been great to use while I'm house bound because of the smoke from all the fires. The one con is that it is a bit heavy to move easily. I would prefer to leave it set up most of the time and only have to put it away when I need the space.

Unlike what others have said, the setup is very easy. It comes already put together minus any add on's ie: leg accessories, lunge stand etc... All you do is take the Yesoul training machine out of the box (yes, it's heavy as it's a piece of exercise equipment). You pull lay it flat on the floor & then pull the release pin that locks the "level" bar. Once that snaps in, you just put the other pins in their places (per instructions) & you set you difficulty level & you're set to go. Now, the only negative about the Yesoul training machine (if you wanna call it a negative considering all the positives) is, it's really too heavy to close up & put away after each use. You really need to have the room for this to stay out all the time. It really doesn't take up much space as it's narrow. I was a huge gym rat back in the day & have tried so many home exercise options (free weights etc..) but this is the best by far. You can go from light to heavy workouts in an instant. I highly recommend this to anyone no matter what age or fitness level.

This device works as described. Lots of different exercises that really do a good job of toning and building muscle. The only thing I don't like is when you raise the seat, the wheels do not run on the rails very well. Also, be careful when storing it because you might pinch your fingers!

Yesoul training machine is not a machine you want if you want to build weights like muscle. Yesoul training machine is a machine you want if you want to discover what you used to feel like and what you used to do. My first rotation through the sets in the card deck was a surprise. Moving around the board and changing positions required as much or more energy as doing the exercises. I never realized I lost all that motion over the years.Exercises are easy, Yesoul training machine is mostly quiet, and the best part, in my opinion the base models do everything the models you initially want do. Perhaps the fit and finish is not the same quality, but you can always upgrade if you wear out this one.I have purchased three Yesoul training machines for family members, that is how much I think it is worth for overall enjoyment and health. It can be set up almost anywhere. Go through whatever exercise sets you want to accomplish and get on with your life. No more painful muscles, no more being stiff. Yesoul training machine is an excellent investment. That being said, Yesoul training machine will only return to you the effort you put into using it.

Arrived 3 days early. Moderately complex assembly, not too bad. All parts included. When extended it's quite long, but folds up with a bit of work to a compact size. Plenty of different exercises, especially for the upper body. Recommended.

My wife love it and is using it more than me! I find that it's easy to use and encourage me to be proactive. I bought the Yesoul training machine to help me lose weight and to get fit before this summer. I'm encourage that it give us motivation to use it and enjoy working out with my wife. At 70 years old this equipment is working out fine with me. I also have heart problems, I can see improvement already. Can't wait to see the new me this summer!!!

I had inherited a knock off version of this device years back, and used it a lot, but at my previous place, I had to keep it outside due to lack of space, and it was poorly designed compared with the original (it had bungee cords beneath the sliding board), and it began to fray and fall apart. On a whim, I purchased the Total Body Gym I've always wanted, and now I'm on it anytime I go to the garage for anything. It's fun, it's easy to set up, it came with a flip chart at the top of the machine, so you can check different exercises to try, the different levels make it accessible for anyone, anytime, and the versatility allows me to work my whole body, as the product name entails. Besides that I have a bench and some 5-50 pound free weights, a Peloton bike, a pull up bar, some elastic bands, a medicine ball, a couple jump ropes, and some real estate where to push. This is "whey" better than Planet Fitness.

So far so good. Great quality, I love it because I live out in the country and with the price of gas I can't go to the gym anymore ... This is perfect.

This machine is great for total body fitness. Use it and it will get you slim and fit. Not for building big muscle mass, though. The arm pullover is a fantastic exercise that is hard to replicate with other equipment. Will trim and strengthen your rib cage area, lats and core. Setting up and putting away everyday is a little chore, but you soon learn how to do it fast. If you have the room, leaving it set-up is nice. I have used these machines for nearly twenty years, I am 65 now, and remain slim and strong. Only add push-ups and dumbbell work. (and running) Have tried lots of different workout machines, this is only one I stuck with.

First off, This is a REAL review, not the crap you otherwise read on here. I paid for this myself, plain and simple.Ok, unboxing is a bit annoying, but it isn��t the end of the world with a glass of bourbon and tv to keep you entertained.Lots of parts that are not that clear from the instructions. Use some common sense, and you really won��t need the instructions at all. My pulley was already assembled, some users had to install it.It��s really long!! It��s in my living room until I make room for it somewhere else. It��s not wide at all, but very sturdy. The biggest issue is that if you don��t have the bottom/foot portion against the wall, it slides on you when you go to lay on it.. so be careful and trust me, if you don��t have a rug, prop it on the wall.I never taken the foot platform off during exercises, as it suggests. It��s really quick and easy to switch between exercises, and i feel I have great workouts since I started.If you want a great all-around workout, it��s great for toning up, but keep in mind it won��t let you gain big muscle, it��s not a gym. I am 5��8, around 215, and I find it quite satisfying to use.

I've used Yesoul training machine for many years and only stopped when I joined Planet Fitness. Due to the pandemic I gave up my membership in Planet Fitness and turned back to Yesoul training machine. It was time to order a new model and the Apex G3 looked like it answered all my requirements. It arrived a day earlier than promised and took only 1/2 hour to unpack and assemble. It is a simple operation principle using your own weight and gravity. The basic apparatus plus associated add-ons provides you with a very full complement of exercises.

This product is worth the money. 100% hands-down. We��ve had it for a few months now and it has held up amazingly. There truly is a lot that you can do with this machine.I am a much bigger girl. I am 5��10�� and 270ish lbs so I would feel very self-conscious going to a gym to start my weight loss journey. This was the perfect solution and totally worth the money. You can do almost anything you can do in a gym with this thing. The range of motion is fabulous, it is very simple to assemble and does not take that long, and it comes with a little attachable work out guide if you��re a beginner like me. There��s also a plethora of YouTube videos to workout to with this device.We��ve bought hundreds of things maybe even over 1000 things from Yesoul in the past couple years and this is by far my favorite purchase. It��s very durable and strong. It holds me and one of my young children sometimes will sit on me while I��m on it. It also holds my husband who is about the same build and size as me.If you know you��re going to use it, definitely get this product before any other gym equipment.

First off, I ordered this on 28 January and it arrived the next day, today, on the 29th! No complaints about delivery speed, that's for sure. It was also well packed in Styrofoam and cardboard sheathes, with no observed damage to any part.I'm in my late 60s, alternate cardio with strength training 6 days a week. Tested this for pull ups and really felt my back muscles and core responding when I elevated the Gym to 6 feet in height. I wasn't getting the pull up resistance with exercise bands anymore (I can't do regular pull ups due to rotator cuff injuries), but I did get the proper resistance with Yesoul training machine.Using one's weight to create resistance gives it the same effect as fixed weights (stability) and enables me to create more 'weight', if you will, that I can't achieve with my heavier free weights, which offer flexibility but not the stability I need to workout.I'm very, very pleased with this purchase, and highly recommend it for it's stability and heavy duty construction.

Got this for my husband and he has really enjoyed it. There are many uses and you can add different attachments or even resistance bands to improve your workouts. The only downside is that it is heavy. If you will be moving it from room to room as we do to keep it completely out of the way it is a little bulky and heavy to move.

Bought my first Yesoul training machine 30 years ago and fell in love with it. Unfortunately, my boyfriend also loved it, borrowed it, and never gave it back. 30 years later, I'm now working from home and am more lazy than ever. Decided to treat myself and bought this. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and lack any kind of muscle so it was difficult for me to assemble by myself. However, the instructions are clear and by going slowly, I was able to set it up.I'm only using about twice a week and keeping it at the lowest setting. I was looking for something that would allow me to move my joints without straining or stressing them and this definitely fits the bill. The range of exercises and being able to move from one to the other is super easy. I always have and always will recommend this as a home gym!

This is an excellent value. You only need to use it 10- 15 minutes a day to get results but, here's my only con: you HAVE to use it. If you are just going to hang your laundry on it, you will be the same out of shape slob you are now but with less money. Get up and use it before work and you can look down your nose at your coworkers all day! You can absolutely be better than them!

All I Can Say Is It��s Great

I have been a gym rat for many years, but with Covid, I was struggling with working out at home. I am a female, 52, in good shape (I have competed in body building competitions and am a 5k runner. I also used to teach indoor cycling). I tried different youtube videos but nothing was keeping me motivated. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase this after reading a lot of reviews. I have had it for three days and I LOVE IT. It was extremely easy to set up (did it myself in less than an hour). I purchased the this machine TV premium subscription so that I could access a variety of workout videos to follow. (recommended but not necessary, I just need to have my own personal trainer so that I don't have to think too hard about my workout). So far I have done two upper body workouts and an ab workout and the were great. I know a good workout when I am sore the next day and I was sore after both workouts. You determine how hard you work based on how high you set the platform. It is very easy to move from workout to workout by removing the pulley and accessories. This one came with all the ones you need. I am so glad I purchased this and found the price on Yesoul to be very fair.

This is an excellent bodyweight fitness machine! The various levels 1-8 challenge your resistance. At higher levels, you can build strength and muscle. The lower levels are good for cardio and stamina. It is a total body workout system that can tone, shape, build, and sculpt your body. It was well worth the investment.

I absolutely love Yesoul training machine!I��ve been using this since before 2010 but I had move to another state so I couldn��t bring it with me!I had gained some weight so I had decided to buy this again because of the success I had previously using the machine.The setup was quick and easy but if you��ve never used the machine read the directions and watch the DVD before setting it up so you won��t damage the equipment or get frustrated!Immediately after setting it up I did a work on it and my body feels great!It��s everything that I had remembered great about the machine!The weight capacity for this machine is 300 pounds so it��s a sturdy piece of equipment!

I should've bought one of these years ago, for the price it can do everything any other piece of equipment can do, takes up less room, can be a low or high impact workout, so it's an all around good investment

Very versatile.It was well packed and arrived fast. I am impressed by the quality.Also folds up neatly.

I am in my 60��s, haven��t worked out for at least 30 years, have terrible arthritis, fake hip and bad knees - feet. This machine is truly a no-impact way to work out and develop muscle. after only a week of alternating days of full body workouts i notice an incredible change in my health and body. having worked out with a trainer in the distant past, i do remember the proper form for exercises and feel this is very important knowledge for this piece of equipment, or you really must very closely follow the diagrams and video examples or you could hurt yourself. It took a day or two to get used to the machine and how to comfortably use it but if you can get over that hump it will be wonderful! my only complaint is that the leg pulley assembly it comes with is only for one leg and it is a pain to change legs mid stream to balance out each pulley exercise, but there aren��t many of those. i am going to see if i can order an extra leg pulley attachment for my foot so i don��t have to fool around with that. this is apparently an older model but i think it is fantastic for the money. if you want to work out ALL of your muscle groups you��ve found it here!

My Apex G3 was delivered Sunday. overall, I am very happy with it. The only problem was that when I opened the box, one of the roller feet was broken. I emailed Yesoul training machine support, they answered within two hours on a Sunday and let me know they were sending a new replacement part. The new Roller was delivered three days later. Call me satisfied!

This is an excellent value. You only need to use it 10- 15 minutes a day to get results but, here's my only con: you HAVE to use it. If you are just going to hang your laundry on it, you will be the same out of shape slob you are now but with less money. Get up and use it before work and you can look down your nose at your coworkers all day! You can absolutely be better than them!

Yesoul training machine is not a machine you want if you want to build weights like muscle. Yesoul training machine is a machine you want if you want to discover what you used to feel like and what you used to do. My first rotation through the sets in the card deck was a surprise. Moving around the board and changing positions required as much or more energy as doing the exercises. I never realized I lost all that motion over the years.Exercises are easy, Yesoul training machine is mostly quiet, and the best part, in my opinion the base models do everything the models you initially want do. Perhaps the fit and finish is not the same quality, but you can always upgrade if you wear out this one.I have purchased three Yesoul training machines for family members, that is how much I think it is worth for overall enjoyment and health. It can be set up almost anywhere. Go through whatever exercise sets you want to accomplish and get on with your life. No more painful muscles, no more being stiff. Yesoul training machine is an excellent investment. That being said, Yesoul training machine will only return to you the effort you put into using it.

Received item very quickly, thanks. Was packaged well and had all contents as advertised. The DVD helped tremendously with accurate directions for assembly, exercises in detail, when and how to use the accessories-the "show-me routine" essential for THOSE WHO DON'T LIKE TO READ. Owners manual and instruction booklet both very detailed and match the DVD instructions.

Great product if you have the room to use it.

Firstly, It's a lot bigger than I expected it to be (or the space I had for it was smaller than I realized, but make no mistake, it has a long footprint). It folds and unfolds easily for me, but I could see how it might be more challenging for someone with poor mobility/arthritis/etc. The movement is a little awkward at first. The manual says not to store upright, and I've googled extensively as to why that might be, but have not found an answer. As far as I can tell, there are no points under stress when it stands vertically. I would assume that this warning is because it could be prone to fall over. As for the use of the machine: It's extremely versatile and easy to switch between workouts for different muscle groups. The resistance levels are easily adjusted too. The "weight" you're pulling or pushing is always your own, and it's modified by adjusting the incline and using the pulleys (Pic included for explanation). My only real complaint is the included ankle harness. It's uncomfortable and doesn't stay tightened all the time. I happen to have other ankle cuffs with O-rings that are much more comfortable and tighten with a belt-like buckle, so I just use those. Any cuffs with secure closures and attached rings will do nicely. I got this machine because I was feeling the effects of being unemployed and more or less sedentary during the pandemic, I started to lose muscle and gain weight. Now I use the Yesoul training machine every morning for 20-40 minutes with light resistance to get the blood moving and catapult me into an energetic and productive day (which can be difficult when stuck at home all day). later in the day, I get back on with higher resistance and do some muscle training - and I look forward to both routines every day. I was hoping for a little more in terms of cardio options, which is achievable with the Yesoul training machine, but I feel that it's designed more for muscle training and toning. I'm looking into the Yesoul training machine rowing machine options for cardio, but they are quite a bit more expensive and less versatile. I was looking for a budget-friendly, all-in-one fitness solution, and the Yesoul training machine didn't disappoint. I'd recommend it to anyone.

It is not the big fancy EXPENSIVE Chuck Norris workout gym but WHO CARES! Works great for what my wife and I wanted it for and that is a multi functional home workout that takes up a small amount of space. Are you going to get ripped like the Hulk? Probably not. Are you going to get a decent workout, so far yes. Was easy to un-package and un-fold no real issues.

First off, This is a REAL review, not the crap you otherwise read on here. I paid for this myself, plain and simple.Ok, unboxing is a bit annoying, but it isn��t the end of the world with a glass of bourbon and tv to keep you entertained.Lots of parts that are not that clear from the instructions. Use some common sense, and you really won��t need the instructions at all. My pulley was already assembled, some users had to install it.It��s really long!! It��s in my living room until I make room for it somewhere else. It��s not wide at all, but very sturdy. The biggest issue is that if you don��t have the bottom/foot portion against the wall, it slides on you when you go to lay on it.. so be careful and trust me, if you don��t have a rug, prop it on the wall.I never taken the foot platform off during exercises, as it suggests. It��s really quick and easy to switch between exercises, and i feel I have great workouts since I started.If you want a great all-around workout, it��s great for toning up, but keep in mind it won��t let you gain big muscle, it��s not a gym. I am 5��8, around 215, and I find it quite satisfying to use.

I have the this machine Apex3. It arrived 2 days early which was definitely a plus to the seller!The machine is sturdy and does exactly what it should as far as whole body workouts are concerned. I'm 53 and I hopped right on with no problem. Be sure to read and follow safety suggestions. Very pleased with the attachments that offer even more versatility. I can do just about every exercise offered at the gym, including squats, pull ups and core work. The machine does require space - it's about 10 feet long when in use. This one does not have wheels which makes moving/storing a challenge. It comes primarily assembled - you basically unfold it. Overall, pleased with the purchase. Fun to use for strength and stretching if you have the space.

I've been strength training for over 20 years, only taking time off for vacations and injury/illness. Since my company provides an amazing gym for employees and we have limited space in our house, I had never bothered to create a home gym prior to the current pandemic. Once we were forced into isolation, I realized that I had to find a good way to keep myself in shape while stuck at home. Currently, free weights are nearly impossible to find at a reasonable price and my wife doesn't want me to take up a lot of space with benches and/or squat racks. My wife had a Yesoul training machine 1000 that hadn't been used in many years. After cleaning it up and trying it, I discovered that one of these units would help me do my workouts at home. However, her old unit was in pretty bad condition and there was no way to add a squat stand to it. I researched the latest models, but I didn't want to wait 2-3 weeks to receive it. I also have a serious problem with each of the latest models (Supreme - low maximum weight, XLS - only 6 resistance levels, FIT - cost). After doing some research, I found the Apex G3. This unit is comparable to the more expensive Yesoul training machine Supreme. I decided to order one and I'm extremely happy with this machine. I can easily replace about 80% of my exercises with one on the Yesoul training machine. Any movement that you would do with a resistance less than about 60% of your body weight you can do with this machine. The biggest problem is that for bigger movements like squats, bench presses and pull-ups, you might have to make some adjustments or find more isolation movements to work those same muscles. For example, I do pull-ups and shoulder presses with one arm instead of with both arms. For quadriceps, the only reasonable exercise for me is a single leg squat. I ordered the optional weight bar and hope that adding some weight to the sled will provide a better workout for these compound movements. Overall, I'm really impressed by the Yesoul training machine Apex G3. It took me a little while to find the exact movements and resistance levels to use for certain exercises, but now everything feels great. The unit is very solid and the movements are smooth. I'm especially impressed at the quality of the workout I'm getting for my back, shoulders, biceps and triceps. It's certainly not as good as doing my normal gym workouts, but it's a great piece of equipment that provides a decent workout in a limited space without spending a fortune. Two big thumbs up !!!

Love it already! I just got the Yesoul training machine today and could not wait to set it up. It was well packaged and easy to put together. No tools are needed for assembly. I had a great workout today and I love the guide that gives ideas of workouts and the amount of sets and reps to do. Great product only wished I bought one sooner

This product is worth the money. 100% hands-down. We��ve had it for a few months now and it has held up amazingly. There truly is a lot that you can do with this machine.I am a much bigger girl. I am 5��10�� and 270ish lbs so I would feel very self-conscious going to a gym to start my weight loss journey. This was the perfect solution and totally worth the money. You can do almost anything you can do in a gym with this thing. The range of motion is fabulous, it is very simple to assemble and does not take that long, and it comes with a little attachable work out guide if you��re a beginner like me. There��s also a plethora of YouTube videos to workout to with this device.We��ve bought hundreds of things maybe even over 1000 things from Yesoul in the past couple years and this is by far my favorite purchase. It��s very durable and strong. It holds me and one of my young children sometimes will sit on me while I��m on it. It also holds my husband who is about the same build and size as me.If you know you��re going to use it, definitely get this product before any other gym equipment.

I weigh 270. I thought I would not get a good workout. I was wrong I get the best workout ever! I thought it would be cheaply built and hard to packup. I was wrong again. It is sturdy and easy to use and put away. I love this machine. I have already lost 20lbs working out 3 times a week!

Well, I have been a professional trainer for nearly 25 years and I am also a professor of exercise physiology and biomechanical science. Of course I have been tearing down and examining fitness equipment for a lot of years in my opinion, Yesoul training machines are some of the best systems you are going to find. They work on a very simple system of pulleys and gravity wait. Moreover, this model along with the others has the slot opening and the glideboard for the weight bar. Therefore, if you are stronger than your body weight you can simply add weight plates on the weight bar. This machine is high quality and there is nothing in the gym that you can do that you can't do on this apparatus. That is the literal truth. Once you get used to using the leg attachment you will really enjoy a great lower body workout. In addition, there are so many things to do for the upper body that you will never run out of exercises to perform. This whole machine is also designed around core abdominal strength. you literally have to work out your core to perform nearly every exercise involved on this machine. You can even use this apparatus as an abdominal coaster to develop the lower abdominals. I really only have a couple of criticisms. First off, be aware that this apparatus only has a 300 lb weight capacity. if you purchase a weight bar and are adding weight plates this will definitely make a difference. If I had to purchase a Yesoul training machine over again on Yesoul I would get the Apex g5 for $100 more because it has a 370 lb weight capacity. I was unaware of that fact until it was too late to exchange it. It does come with a warranty of one year so if the frame snaps you are covered for that amount of time. Although, if you know how to weld or have a friend that does this machine is easy to fix or repair and even reinforce on your own. The second criticism I have is the squat board. The squat board that Yesoul training machines come with from the factory are way too short to attempt doing a proper squat safely. You should never allow your knee to go past the plane of your toe while doing a squat or leg press. You can do yourself in great harm allowing that to happen. Yesoul training machine does offer an extra large squat board that is available on their website for $100 more. It is definitely worth it to purchase the larger squat board. I have absolutely no idea why Yesoul training machine doesn't just offer that in the box when you purchase their gyms. The shorter squat board really only works for a few exercises and you cannot do a complete squat. You should also be aware that there is another extra large squat board that is advertised on Yesoul but, in my opinion it should not be used with this gym. It does not Mount properly in the two holes for the metal columns. The mountain columns need to be at least 2 in to 3 in longer at the columns base to make it mount safely. It is better to avoid that squat board for safety reasons. The one available on the Yesoul training machine website is the designed properly and it will mount the way it is supposed to.

I love the Yesoul training machine it's fun to use and helps build muscle and lose weight quickly. As long as you stick with it you'll be tuned and stronger in no time. It was easy to assemble, It helped me with my range of motion and it was so versatile. I'd recommend the Yesoul training machine for everyone. Even my kids love it.

I have been a gym rat for many years, but with Covid, I was struggling with working out at home. I am a female, 52, in good shape (I have competed in body building competitions and am a 5k runner. I also used to teach indoor cycling). I tried different youtube videos but nothing was keeping me motivated. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase this after reading a lot of reviews. I have had it for three days and I LOVE IT. It was extremely easy to set up (did it myself in less than an hour). I purchased the this machine TV premium subscription so that I could access a variety of workout videos to follow. (recommended but not necessary, I just need to have my own personal trainer so that I don't have to think too hard about my workout). So far I have done two upper body workouts and an ab workout and the were great. I know a good workout when I am sore the next day and I was sore after both workouts. You determine how hard you work based on how high you set the platform. It is very easy to move from workout to workout by removing the pulley and accessories. This one came with all the ones you need. I am so glad I purchased this and found the price on Yesoul to be very fair.

I just cannot describe how happy I am I purchased this Yesoul training machine. I just ordered it the day before yesterday. It arrived this morning. The vendor shipped the item the same day I placed the order. The Yesoul training machine arrived in absolutely pristine condition. No broken or missing parts, no damage. Every aspect of this Yesoul training machine is in perfect condition. IT IS FULLY ASSEMBLED. All I had to do was unpack it, lay it out and and start exercising. I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase.

I bought this for my 78 year old stepdad and he's been using it every day to help build some muscle strength. He likes that it's been easy on his back and easy to use. No pins, or weights to mess with. He can also stretch it out in the comfort of his living room although it's a lot bigger than we thought it would be.

This was a 60th birthday present for my hubby and retirement gift all in one lol. I had to pay extra to a shipping company to get it here in Puerto Rico since shipping from seller was not an option. It took about a month from time seller shipped to my son in Florida and he took to shipping company & arrival here in PR, but it was worth it in the end and that's all that matters. He loves his Yesoul training machine and I am starting to use it also.

Solid piece of equipment. Open the box and unfold it to assemble, though some parts are on-off depending on the routine you'll be doing. The instructions are detailed enough to follow and numerous. I'd recommend this for older (ahem!) users as it's simple and pretty decent resistance. I would like the board to have a bit more padding on each end so your neck is a bit elevated. Glad I bought it.
