Pretty easy to put together and works well. I enjoy using it.

I took a minute to assemble but it Works fantastic! When my back is sore use for about 3 minutes and it works wonders! Also great for doing lower ab exercises. It would be great if it could fold up and be leaned against a wall or put under a bed or something.My son also really likes to use it after football practice to help stretch everything out. He swears that it makes him not feel so sore after working out what he uses it.

I recommend this table, it really helps stretch out my back. I’ve had back pain most of my life, and I’ve thought about getting a inversion table. I wish I’d done it sooner, it has really helped with my back pain

Very very good Quality! Comfort in the cushions, works really nice on my back with the heat and the vibration to help ease pain in the back! Inversion is great too just don’t do it too long, but about 2 off the vibrations length long helps daily

Really like this inversion table. Put it together in less than an hour. It does have a decent footprint, which was expected. Our living space is on the smaller side, so we put it on a 3x5 door mat to protect the floor, and also to slide it around on. We kind of store it in front of the door, and slide it out to use it. The heat & massage functions are NOT built in. BEST ADVICE: start at the lowest incline setting, and do it for a few minutes/5 minutes, before moving to the next. Take your time, learn how to go slow when moving, and use your arms to slowly shift your center of gravity.We love it.

The table is BETTER than just good; but the 5th star is earned for customer support which is superlative. Before I made the purchase several questions were answered within 24 hours. After assembly of the unit the massage pillow worked, but seemed to be turning itself off after about 8 minutes. A replacement was delivered within a week of the time that I enquired as to whether this is considered normal. Some brief background: I am 78 years old, have suffered from chronic back pain for over 20 years, have undergone physical therapy along with a Yoga like daily exercise routine, and most recently had an MRI that revealed age related spinal degeneration affecting my lower back and neck regions. My physician had little to offer. There were days where the pain radiated throughout my back and partially into my left leg. It often restricted in my ability to walk my dogs. Even sitting could be uncomfortable. After considerable research, and despite no conclusive agreement that an Inversion Table is much more than a placebo I decided to try one - - - and to save a few bucks if it turned out worthless I went to the highly rated but less expensive Yesoul product. Positives: 1.The Yesoul Table is easy to assemble with excellent instructions and videos available; but it does take some time and patience. 2. I adapted, quickly and easily to Inversion but I strongly recommend gradual increases in time and incline. 3. Balancing on the table is actually fun. 4. There has been a very definite improvement in my back pain. I assume it will never totally disappear, but is now reduced to a sort of very tolerable soreness...and I have only been at this for 7 weeks. 5. The table fits comfortably under an 8 foot ceiling and take up an acceptable amount of space. The Negatives: (every product has some, and they are minor with this table) 1. As noted by others, the "massage" pad is actually a " heated vibration" pad. I like it, but do not expect it to do everything. 2. The table is stable but could be more sturdy. I am certain I will get my money's worth, but we will have to see how it holds up over the long run. 3. I currently use the 30 degree incline, which is what the literature recommends as best for my age group. It works. Some products allow infinite adjustment of the angle. On the Yesoul I will have to go up to 45 degrees next. It might be advantageous if the design allowed more gradual increases. 4. I am on the table 3 times a day, My routine is 2 minutes incline, 2 minutes in a neutral position, 5 repeats. For many people this may take up too much of their day; but it's been working for me and enforces the reported advice that frequency of incline is more important than duration. Please consider that like most of what else is posted about Inversion Therapy; my advice is purely anecdotal. I truly like the product, love Yesoul, and can whole heartedly give this endorsement.

For what it is, it's great. My doctor suggested that I try this for relief of nerve pain from herniated discs. He said that it probably wouldn't help, but that it was worth a try. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. It does feel sturdy. It took a bit of fiddling around to find the correct length of the footrest and the headrest so that I could invert easily and comfortably. The price is very affordable compared to the high dollar name brand ones that do exactly the same thing. I am very bowlegged and the foot clamps fall across my shins instead of directly in them. Still, my weight seems to hang mostly on the tops of my feet, which is somewhat painful, but bearable in boots. Unfortunately, the doctor was right that it was worth a shot, but it did nothing for my nerve pain. At least I tried it and the cost was reasonable. I would have been upset if I had spent several hundred dollars more for a fancy one.

The inversion table was Easy to assemble Just read the instructions before you start and go step by step. Helps with back pain in my case with regular use, but read the possible side effects and consult with your Doctor

When I ordered i wasn't sure how the quality would be. I read the reviews and it seemed like it would be a good one. It took some time to put together, but I was very impressed with the quality of this product. A friend of mine paid double for another brand she bought and ours is so much better and more sturdy.

Works just as described

I was having back and leg problems, and I looked online for a quality inversion table without the big price tag. This model by Yesoul is great. It is very sturdy and durable. I love the heat and massage, too. I've used the Teeter brand at the doctor's office, and this one is just as good, especially for $200!

If you are an active person, then this is a must-have. I hurt my lower back doing excessive yard work and was in agony for weeks. I ordered this incredible inversion table over a month ago, assembled it myself using their video, and used it every day for about one week before my lower back pain disappeared completely. It is a bit large, so you do need either a gym room or a very large room to keep it in because it is quite obtrusive. I ended up putting it in the master bedroom. As an added bonus, it came with a portable heat massager which I found uncomfortable to use while I was on the table, so now I use it while laying down on my bed. I highly recommend this product.

Not mentioned by most doctors, scientists, or other experts: At night our tendons tighten to help us adjust for the next day. If you don't exercise or do daily stretches of rear leg tendons, they will pull your lower vertebrae out of position and over time without relief, grow into bad positions that may require surgery to correct. When I get the bent over and can't recover with counter corner jerks of my spine, this machine is worth its weight in GOLD! I'll never be without one again. Even though I may only use it every 6-12 months when too busy. Too busy is the reason I had back problems to start with. Toe touches everyday resolved that problem too.

Like the tile says, the instructions were simple, clear and easy to follow. The table itself is super easy to use once you get over the feeling of tipping backward. The ankle cuffs are comfortable and so is the backrest with or without the massage pad. The massage pad does leave a little something to be desired, but I prefer shiatsu massage to just vibration, so that could just be personal preference. I am no Dr, but I feel immediate relief in my lower spine in 1-2 minutes and I haven't even been able to fully invert yet. All in all, I feel this is a quality product, sturdy construction. Just make sure you follow the instructions when it comes to tightening the nylon nuts.

As a 6' 270lbs man I have a herniated disk that makes my back muscles spasm and cause incredible pain. This machine has literally improved the quality of my life. It helps decompress my spine and allows me to be more active.

The price is parallel to the value. It has just as many benefits as the more expensive tables.

I have a LOT of trouble with my neck, and was desperate to get rid of non-stop headaches, so I decided to give this a try. I am NOT mechanically minded by any stretch, but I had no trouble assembling this by myself, since the instructions were easy to follow. I keep it in my garage & aim to use it for 5 minutes each day. When I actually use it on a regular basis it does help. It is not heavy and it is much less expensive and more convenient than a chiropractor or a masseuse. I highly recommend it.

Works exactly as advertised. The massage piece is easy to remove if that's not the experience you looking for and just as easy to put back on! Assembly was very simple and it is working wonders for my back.

Assembly: I assembled the inversion table by myself. It was a bit tedious but not too bad. The instructions were pretty good and the parts were easy enough to figure out. Use: I read the instructions on how to invert and after a small learning curve it was easy enough to use. I initially skipped the first couple of settings to invert more steeply, but found that the first setting was steep enough for now. Using it has already alleviated lower back pain I��ve had for YEARS!! I��m not suggesting I��m ��cured�� but it really is working like I had hoped it would. I��ll probably ��recompress�� but I will continue to invert which seems to be working!! Other reviewers have complained about the heated massage attachment but I found that it worked pretty well. If selected it heats up and it vibrates in random intervals and locations to give you a nice massage. I actually really like it and I use it every time I invert. I set it on auto which seems to last about 20-25 minutes before shutting off. Overall a nice table of good quality that was worth the price.

The assembly was well thought out. Each step's hardware is in a separate blister, well labeled. No additional tools were needed, but using a socket attached to a drill did make assembly a breeze. Might need a second person just to hold the table for the final install into the rack. Inverting has become a daily part of my life now, as I just feel really good after just a few minutes on this table. The massage and heat, how do they get such strong effects from a little 12V wall wart adapter?

I'm thoroughly pleased with this table. Very affordable and easy to assemble. I will get on this everyday to stay stretched out. Definitely helps with lower back pain and is worth the money.

Love helped tremendously

This was probably one of the most straightforward assembles that I have done! Not only were the directions easy to follow, it also has parts pictured and separated and labeled per the step in which you will use them. The most frustrating thing was the unpacking. From open to inversion was 1 hour and 3 minutes. I'm 5'2" and don't have any issues with using it. So far, two thumbs up!

Does work..

Love this thing. Helps me stretch out my back after a long day of work. Easy to assemble with the instructions. Plenty sturdy for me. I weigh 210 and it has a 300# rating. No issues. I set it at 5��11�� instead of 6��, which is my height. That was better because the 6�� wasnt quite the right balance point for my body. Also, i needed to extend the head rest to its max to feel right. But once i figured those things out, its perfect. The only thing now is getting my young daughter to not mess with me while I'm hanging upside down. Lol. But even that is fun. Im sure other brands are better but at this price, you cant beat it. Love it.

Good product Spend the money and buy new Dont be cheap like me. This used very good item was definetly used then pulled apart with bolts thrown in a plastic sack and other parks thrown in an old navy bag. Hard to sort out the different bolts and where they go. This ptoduct came very used in ok condition at best. That being said this is a great product. 3 stars beacuse of condition. DONT BUY USED I had to contact the company with an issue. This company has outstanding customer service and fixes the issue right away. They did not have to do it since I bought this used through Yesoul but they fixed it any ways. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANUFACTURE.

If you dont have one of these / or similar / its a must for back, spine health . Get one before you get hurt , and for dbl sure to get one after you age to turn back the clock on gravity and compression . A godsend

Back is always tight from work. Pulled a muscle a while back and just couldn't seem to get rid of the ache. Three minutes a day for a week on this and i was good to go.

Arrived when promised, easy to follow instructions, took about 45 minutes to assemble. Very sturdy and well built. I haven't used it long enough to rate how well it worked relieving back pain, but it felt good so far while using it. I will update after I used it for a while.

I am a serious exercise guy, strength train, walk, and sit ups & push ups, have been using a chiropractor for years for spinal decompression(traction) which keeps lower back issues at bay, have been using this for a few weeks, every other day for 15+ minutes, all I can say is bye bye to the chiropractor. CAUTION: do not invert on a full or partially full stomach, I only invert on an empty stomach.

Purchasing the inversion table was a blessing. I've had sciatic issues for over a year. Did some research and decided to invest in buying one. Didn't take long to assemble. Used it for only 4 minutes a day and low and behold, the pain was gone.

I gave this product 5 stars for the easy to follow instructions and the labeling of the parts. This company needs to give classes to other companies lol Took me roughly an hour to put it together and so far I��m pretty happy. Took about a week to get it fine tuned correctly for proper use. I use it twice a day for 5 mins each time, it has helped relieve the pain and tightness I have experienced in my lower back for many years now. I definitely recommend it!

The ease of setup and use

I like the over all idea of the performance this item(I got this for my husband, as a gift. He had said, he would like one). But it's still in the box(because he read the instructions and it suggested, not to use it, without your Dr.' s approval. Which I didn't know this before purchasing).

Having used it once so far for about 15 minutes it resolved my sciatica nerve discomfort. I was bothered for a month and hanging on my roman chair was not helping. The inversion along with the messaging did the trick. As of this writing, it's a 10.

It's very stable and easy to operate. The massage pad feels good.

I spend about 5 to 10 minutes usually 3 times a day. It keeps lower back pain down. Only complaint I have about it is it doesn't fold up well for storage. I've had to use rubber ties to hold it tight together for storing. Other than that it works good. Feels safe. And is fairly east to assemble and adjust for your hight.

It took a while to assemble but that was only because I had so many other things going on. Now that it's done, I totally love the results.

I love, love, love this inversion table, it's solid and relatively easy to adjust. Not perfect but perfect for the money. I've used other inversion tables and this tops the lower end ones by far, IMO. The massage and heat is really more of a gimmick, not practical of the table. I've used it while sitting on the couch but will not keep it on the table. Love the table, massager will be used in alternative ways.

I have been slowly increasing time spent on inverter. At first I didn��t notice improvement but then I started focusing on relaxing the back muscles while on the inverter. My back muscles would not let go. Once I learned to relax the muscles, my spine began popping. And I mean a very deep, almost startling pop. I have had middle back pain for several years. Now I learned to relax the back muscles on the inverter and allow gravity to adjust my spine. Feel amazing and finally found relief. Don��t give up on it early. Keep getting on it and learn to let the back muscles relax while inverted. The popping will begin and relief will follow.

We love this table, excellent value for the price, we use this almost daily and enjoy the health benifits as this works its magic. Would buy again.

My dad has back issues, so my sister and I purchased this for him for Christmas. He has used other inversion tables before, and he said this one is very sturdy and works well. It has helped with his back pain a great deal. I plan to order one for my home soon.

?My bf and I love this thing it helps with the pain in our lower backs and release all the compression. He does it daily so it's definitely a necessity. For me when I go back I have to hold myself to stay completely upside down, in the video you can kinda tell I struggle a little going back. Idk if that has to do with my weight and just not being heavy enough or not but non the less we still love it nd are grateful for the release it gives us

It was a bit of a challenge to assemble, 1 screw was missing, but works just fine. It's helping relieve my back pain!! Definitely a keeper and worthwhile investment for my physical health.

This was very easy to assemble. So easy my 11 & 12 year olds were able to do it by themselves. (I of course supervised like any good delegating parent would.) It��s very sturdy and can hold a surprising amount of weight. I love that the heating pad can be taken off and used elsewhere. Great for those back pains. Highly recommend.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband who is a Carpenter. He suffers from chronic back pain due to daily labor. He often starts and ends his day stretching out which has made a huge difference for pain.

The table itself is fantastic. The heat and massage feature is an added bonus and is detachable for other location/uses. Relatively easy to adjust for different heights in the same household. I was suffering with a pinched nerve in my lower back and this alleviated pain and accelerated the recovery process.

I usually dont leave reviews, unless something is really bad or really great. This inversion table is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I had an older 20+ year old inversion table. It worked, but super uncomfortable around the ankles. This one is night and day compared to the old one. Super comfortable. Great relief on my lower back (S1 L5 bulge). The heating is a fantastic add. If you have the money, go with this one. I'm glad I did, and have already recommended to friends. Great purchase, and top notch luxury inversion.

this thing is awesome first day my wife started using it she has back and hip pain relief, other reviews say it was hard to put together and took them up to two hours, not sure how or why that was, it took me about 40 minutes to assemble it. the directions are clear and easy to follow, yes, there is alot of parts. just follow the included manual and its simple and fast, if you have a set of rachet wrenches it does help alot with the speed.

This was not hard to put together and seems very sturdy. Love the heat & massage! Also love the extended handles so I can pull myself up. Have been on ones that I had to have help getting upright. I thought a good quality table would be super expensive, but I was wrong. Customer service is also phenomenal! I couldn��t find the instructions or hardware pack in the box. Contacted the company and they had a replacement to me in a few days. Turns out my son had opened the box and set the hardware aside and forgot about it.

First the instructions for assembly and use are OUTSTANDING. The only low mark (3 stars) was to indicate assembly is compilated. For someone who follows, and i really mean follows, detailed instructions, assembly takes awhile, but is easy. I highly recommend this table. I have back problems. My doctor recommended rehab. I talked to 3 rehab facilities in my area and their back rehab schedule would be rehab on a inversion table 4 times per week. Research on several sites addressing spinal problems provided detailed procedures using and inversion table. All recommended inversion table rehab 3 times per day. I contacted my doctor. she agreed that 3 times per day would definitely increase my recovery time.

So far, really like the ease of use and the comfort. I especially like the extended handle for locking my legs in place. That really makes things easy and gets you to the ultimate goal faster. Only having it a few weeks, it has so far, satisfactorily relieved my pain the more I use it. It is a great value for the options it has. Over 13k positive reviews cannot be wrong!
