Cancel Order

1) Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If you submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. No additional fees will be charged.

2) Cancellation After 24 Hours

If your cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped. We can try to contact the carrier to intercept and recall the package, or you may choose to refuse delivery and notify us.

Please note that the carrier may charge us an interception service fee. To share this cost, an interception service fee of up to $30 may apply only when you request and we actually initiate an interception. We will confirm with you before proceeding.

If the package cannot be intercepted or has entered the final-mile delivery stage, we will provide return instructions after the package is delivered.


Return Your YESOUL Product

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any brand-new Yesoul product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. We do not charge any additional return processing fees or restocking fees.

Please note, for non-defective returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

If the product is defective, damaged due to a quality issue, or incorrect due to our error, we will, after verification, cover the return shipping cost or provide a return label.

Except for quality-related issues, items are not eligible for a refund after 14 days from delivery.

Due to the large size and weight of our fitness products, if you paid any additional shipping or delivery fees (if applicable) at checkout, such fees are non-refundable.


Receiving YESOUL Products or Accessories

To protect your rights and help ensure the product’s condition, we recommend recording a video while unboxing.

Returned items must:

  • Be in the original packaging box
  • Include the manual and charger
  • Remain new and unused

If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, Yesoul reserves the right to refuse a refund.


Return YESOUL Accessories

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange once worn/used, or if they are discounted/promotional items:

  • Shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Seat cushion cover
  • Yoga mat
  • Heart rate monitor

Other accessories must be requested for return within 14 days of purchase and sent back in the original packaging.

Yesoul is not responsible for packages lost in transit without valid tracking proof.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
