I purchased this recumbent bike for my elderly mother. As she is quite old and fond of lying in bed, yet the doctor diagnosed her with a bit of muscle atrophy. Hence, the choice fell on a recumbent bike. The exercise intensity isn't overly strong, mainly for safety reasons. I hope she can occasionally choose to get up and exercise. Connecting to the screen and watching videos might enable her to persevere a bit longer.

The intensity of the exercise is not too strong mainly because of the safety, I hope she can occasionally choose to get up and exercise, connected to the screen to see the video may be able to hold on for a little longer.
