I was skeptical at first given the price is so much more affordable offering a great bike with the magnetic resistance the screen for casting and the app ! It really is a great deal ! They give you a tracking number for fed ex (it’s a foreign post ) but after it hits the united sates I was able to keep track of its location ! it was packaged very nicely! it’s not hard to assemble ! I did most of it myself ! My Husband assisted me at the end ! We had issues with the screen it wasn’t working ! But I immediately sent out an email to them stating day I received it and what was wrong !it did take maybe 12 hours to get back to me or so but they asked I send a video with trying to hard power it with cord but turns out it was a bad screen they shipped me a new one asap! but the new screen works great ! So I was pleased with customer service ! I could t find a phone number for them but the email service works ! So over all I am pleased with the bike ! It provides a great workout ! I am 5 3” 155 lbs great for my size my husband is taller and he can ride it with the seat higher 5”9! So if your on the fence it’s well worth it ! Thank you for having a more affable bike at a better price over the competition!

The bike is a great piece of workout equipment. It was easy to assemble, has great workout plans for a great price, resistance is phenomenal and it is a great price. Definitely worth the purchase and equal to the over priced pelaton.
However, there are a few issues with it.
1. The speaker that attaches under the monitor screen will not stay attached. I had to use some double sided tape to keep it connected.
2. This is not a wireless casting bike. In order to use the screen, the phone has to be connected to the bike via a special cable.
3. Not all phones or tables will work with the bike.
4. The pedals for the bike do not come with the cleat attachment for cycling shoes.

Very Happy with the bike. Quality is spot on!! I ordered on a Wednesday morning and it was delivered on Friday. Installation was very simple. It is very stable and smooth. The app leaves a little to be desired but for $60 a year for subscription I have no issues with that. If I want to I can stream another service if desired. I love I can use it as a tv/ music box when not riding the bike

Delivery was smooth. The assembly process pretty simple. Getting the rear speakers and the front speakers synced required a little bit of detailed reading in the instructions but the information was there. Bike is good quality and I've enjoyed riding it and streaming videos from my phone on the monitor. Monitor is lower end but works just fine for the use case.
***People keep writing that these bikes are mis-advertising free streaming. I do not understand why they say that. It is easy to just plug your phone into the system and it works. I did create a profile in the app and an advertisement pops up but you can just 'x' out. I am enjoying it w/o paying for the subscription (although it is cheap enough to consider subscribing in the future).

This is a great bike for the price. It was a little tricky to put together at some steps, partly because a small piece of plastic was broken that made it difficult. Other than that it seems to be holding up well so far. I could never figure out how to get the computer part to work properly, though. But I don't need it for my use, so not a big deal.

I have tried a few different exersize bikes and shopped around for awhile before choosing this model. I'm glad I chose this one over a few others.It is built very well, a sturdy gym quality frame, better than others that I have seen. I had no problems assembling, almost took me longer to unpack it than to put it together.I am a big guy, 6' 4" 300lb on my way to 250! and the dimensions of this bike are great, plenty extra extension on the seat and handle posts.The little digital display box is pretty basic, I wasn't expecting much there. I use my phone more than it.Accessory tray is simple, can put a phone or tablet on it, fits my 10" kindle easy.All in all this is a quality product, I am happy

I love this bike. I would give it a five star except the handlebars do not adjust towards seat, and I sit too far for my comfort level. Would be nice if you can slide the handlebars forward towards the seat. So I only bolted two of the four bolts to get closer to the seat and it is perfect. As far as the height of the seat and bars adjust fine. Very quiet and smooth. For me this bike is perfect because I don't have time for the gym being a single mom. With it being quiet, I can jump on it at anytime without disturbing anyone. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

While it did took three weeks from order to delivery, customer support was responsive (it took a few days between each correspondence but they always replied) and gave me an accurate updated shipping time and arrival window. The bike seems to be of great quality. I had little trouble setting it up by following the paper instructions and watching some YouTube videos. The screen and its features all worked as described with my iPhone and IĄŻve been using the app and membership programs successfully. ItĄŻs a great piece of equipment. My only complaint is that the bike seat has some lateral play when riding and it can make a clicking sound as I am pedaling and moving my body side to side, even with the knobs fully tightened. I also wish the red and blue lights over the magnetic sensor would turn off when the bike is not in use like the the screen turns off but those little lights are on all the time. The bike is in my living room and happens to face the area where we watch TV so itĄŻs noticeable and seems like something that should only be on when in use. All in all, very happy with the purchase and experience so far.

First of all the bike was not hard to put together. Don't let all the pieces get you nervious. Just follow the instructions and you will be fine. This is my first spinning bike and I am a big man. So far I feel I got a nice bargin versus the more exspensive bike. Once again I am not small and so for the bike is holding up well.

There are many good reviews of how well this bike performs so I will not attempt to add to them; it appears to work very fine. This is a review about how this company addressed an initial problem with the bike. Within two days of assembling it one of the pedals literally fell off the axial. This pedal is installed on the bike at the factory, not by the user. I contacted the company by email (the only way to reach them) and described the problem. In less than 8 hours I heard back requesting more info and also was given assurances that this would be resolved. A few hours later they told me that a new bike would be shipped and I could keep the old bike; no return was necessary. Three days later the new bike arrived.My view is that a measure of customer service and the quality of a company is what happens when something goes wrong. Although I'm not delighted about having to assemble a second bike (that isn't a big issue) I believe that they really did a great job of addressing this problem. If I can find a way to get the pedal back onto the axial I will have two bikes for the price of one.

Shipping took a lot longer than expected, but I won't factor that into my feelings about the bike quality itself. Overall, it's a nice bike with lots of potential. There are just little things that need more consistency, such as resistance needing to be recalibrated, assembly instructions needing better details and bigger font (too hard to see). The main arm didn't fit properly into the base and had to be forced in. The buttons on the screen are covered by the speaker (on my model) making this detail a poor design. The seat that comes with the bike is very uncomfortable and it's almost impossible to use it for long periods of time.
But overall, the bike is sturdy, feels strong and made of quality materials, and a nice, sleek design. And once you change the seat it becomes a much more comfortable and nicer experience to ride. The workouts are great and the trainers are all positive, very good at motivating and good at bringing great energy. Support is also good at replying to concerns so that's a plus. I just wish the bike was a little more consistent with resistance sensors, buttons not being covered by speaker etc.

Assembled it today and my first ride. I paired it with the Peleton app.It was silent and comfortable overall although I can tell I will need to play with the handle bar/seat heights. There is no information on proper form included so I would look that up.Did not play much with the resistance yet.The assembly was super easy and the bike feels high quality except for that box with the stats! Received this as a gift. My husband put it together in about an hour or so. All the tools were provided. We can easily move it to where we need it to go. Great exercise bike for the money. It is something everyone can use in the house. Doesn't take up too much space and it is pretty quiet. Adjustable seat and handlebars are a great addition. You get a spare tube clamp in case of shipping damage. Very helpful.

I got this bike so that I have something to ride when the outdoor biking season is over. The trainers just don't do it for me. This bike is very quiet to operate and gets my heart rate up to good levels. The seat is comfortable. It was very easy to assemble and they gave you all the tools you need to assemble it. The biggest problem with it is that you cannot raise the seat enough. I am only 5' 10" and at its highest setting the seat is just passable with the seat pushed back as far as it can go. You should be able to raise this seat another foot. If you are 6' or taller you will not be able to extend your legs fully. Of course it would be nice if the monitor would accommodate miles too.
