Ordered the G1M max for the added advantage of stronger speakers. Bike arrived in less than a week. Easy to assemble with their video instructions. Good built quality for the price. The screen is decent quality. Mirroring for my usb c equipped iphone was seamless. But another iphone with lightening adaptor refused to work for some reason.

The app seems nice. There are some free workouts available which were great for my test run. The resistance is manually adjusted. The bike is super quiet.

Overall, exactly what i wanted. A great bike with a screen that can be used without any reservations. I hated the idea of paying 1500+ for a bike and still having to pay a monthly subscription to fully use the machine.

I just received my bike. Very easy to put together. Haven’t used it juts yet but looks like it going to be great!

I had no problems in assembling my Yesoul G1M Plus Bike. Took only 30-40mins (but I took my time - I think you can do it in 20mins as well - but I am more the relaxed guy), instruction manual was super easy to understand and detailed with images. Connecting my iphone 15pro (via USB C) super easy and working as well.
I had some questions regarding the app and the customer service was super fast helping out. Just went via Chat and they responded within minutes.

I am using the bike and loving it. Highly recommend (they have a discount at the moment on their website!)

After we opend the box and stared the assembly process we find out that the monitor was completely cracked
I contacted customer service and they answered me right away on Saturday night
And addressed the issue with a new screen
I have not received anything yey but they said the new order its been placed

Company cares about customer experience. Originally didn't ordered because of reviews on requiring subscription to mirror screen on their devices. Then after hearing the customers they reverted it to free. I placed order and it came and functioned exactly as such. Setup account then unlock mirror you don't have to stay signed in or use their app. The G1M-T Plus came with the speaker grill installed upside down. This was the chance to see if the horror stories of customer service was true. To my surprise they replied immediately and provided several options to remedy the situation. Call me a satisfied customer will be watching this company for future products.

Fast and efficient service and delivery!

I got the bike in a timely manner and it looks to be good quality. There was a part missing but they delivered it separatley after I reached out. But then fedex messed up the delivery so Yessoul sent me another part for free. So glad they got it resolved in a timely manner and were very nice.

I was having problems connecting my phone to the bike, as my partner was already connected to it, it was so frustrating but the customer service was amazing, talking me through it. I am now using the bike and loving it.

First thing noticed after purchase is the top notch customer service they have! A full week of several emails and questions but every one of them were answered. I even had a situation with the routing number and tracking but all was explained and in a fast response. My bike is arriving today and I can't hardly wait to use it.

I was having trouble mirroring my phone on the monitor. Support got back to me the same day, asked a couple questions and asked for a picture of my setup. We exchanged 2 e-mails and my issue was resolved! The rep explained everything in detail and included a quick video of how to do what they asked and literally seconds later, my monitor was mirroring my phone. Excellent support! Thank you.

YESOUL support is one of the best customer service I have ever received. I had an issue with the monitor, emailed them, and here I am with a new monitor. Very caring about their customers and their product!
