I love my Yesoul Machine. Best purchase I’ve made this year. I cannot believe the workout is this good, excited to see the results because I have been sore!!

Exceeded all of my expectations. This thing is pretty amazing, really feel it in my glutes and core with only 1 band!!!! Fun for the whole family!!

Expensive to work just ok

This is worth it. The bands are so much easier to perform glute thrusts with than dumbells. The machine is STURDY! My kids climb all over it and it doesn't budge. I love that I can do the hip thrusts, but also incline/decline pushups, tricep dips, donkey kicks with ankle weights, and even bulgarian split lunges. It's extremely versatile. Often takes the place of a workout bench for me. If you're on the fence, get it. It folds up very small very easily, great for apartment life.

I love doing hip thrusts at the gym and have found that the bands just don't do it for me when I am home. This machine is awesome and goes up to 135 lbs! Which is amazing and has been perfect for my at home workouts!

This thing works soooo well with our home gym! The silver knob that pulls out to help open the equipment was kind of hard to pull out at first (maybe just cause it's new).. but the more I used it, I noticed that it got easier to pull out. But overall, it's easy to put away, the wood feels like it's good quality wood, and for what I bought it for, hip thrusts, it works sooooo weeeell! Y'all should try it out!

love this thing. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I see a growing peach. I workout at home but I was limited to the amount of weight I could use, I only had 25lbs. if you want to grow you need to increase weight. its easy to set up, I store it under my bed. it goes in increments of 45lbs x3. I also use it for other exercises like one leg lunge. best thing I bought.
