[CANCEL ORDER]
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
Cancellations After 24 Hours
- If you cancel your order after 24 hours, the item may have already been processed and shipped. We will intercept and recall the package. Alternatively, you can refuse the package and inform us.
- If you have already received the package, please contact us to confirm the return address and return it at your own expense.
If the consumer causes the return, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To protect your rights, ensure the product is in good condition. Please recording the unboxing progress. The returned items must be placed in their original boxes, with its manual and charger. The returned items must be kept in new condition, and failure to do so at Yesoul's discretion can result in additional restocking fees or refusal of the return request.
If your Yesoul Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Yesoul reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Yesoul’s sole discretion.
[RETURNING YOUR YESOUL PRODUCT]
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new Yesoul product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide return shipping labels.
Exceptions apply in cases where the product is defective or damaged due to quality issues or shipping-related problems — in such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a shipping label after verification. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Refunds are not supported for goods received beyond 14 days, except for quality issues.
Yesoul's guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Bike Warranty and our Limited Tread Warranty.
Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Yesoul Product.

The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used, or purchased marked down/sale item:
Shoes
Water Bottles
Seat Cover
Yoga Mat
Heart Rate Monitors
All other returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. Yesoul is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
