We really like this. Range of motion is perfect and so far it runs smoothly. Occasionally it gets a little loud for no apparent reason but quiets down eventually. Overall it seems great and meets our needs while working remotely from home.

what I wished it had was an excercise program.

The machine works well. I have issues with my feet, and need exercise without putting weight on my feet. This machine works well for that. It slides on the carpet. I've seen it on TV with a mat, but the one sold on Yesoul apparently does not come with the mat. So it slides during use. It should come with a mat.

My family loves this product! The ONLY reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the display screen is dark. There is no light to see the numbers which show how long you've used it, calories burned, etc. You have to physically stop and look down to see the display panel and even then it can be hard to view. Otherwise, it's great. We are a family of 3 adults who all have physical limitations and finding an exercise we can all use independently has been impossible. That is no longer a concern with Yesoul!! It is quite heavy if you're older or weaker but I think that is to keep it flush on the floor while in use. Yes, it's costly but I believe the quality is worth the price and you can't put a price on your ability to exercise or your physical health.

When I used it on day 1, I was so impressed. It was so quiet and worked great. On day 2, it started to squeak with every pedal movement. Ugh!! I was very disappointed. Did some research and found that the wheels have to be cleaned (guess every day) for it not to squeak. Anywho, cleaned them and tightened the pedals and works great again. Guess if you have pets (like I do) it could get a little annoying to do every day but for maintaining its not that bad

The Yesoul is kind of heavy, especially for my wife to move around. She is enjoying so much. She was diagnosed with vascular disease and had 3 surgeries on her right leg. This has helped with circulation and swelling. Glad we added it to our home.

Needs mat to hold in place

Recommended by my doctor. Does everything that I wanted it to do with helping me with my knee arthritis. I would recommend it.

I love the Yesoul because I had back surgery and haven't had any energy to do much at all since then. The Yesoul is an easy to use exercise that I can use while watching TV and I really enjoy getting healthier!

First day I got this, I did 1,000 "strides" and the next day, my butt muscles were a bit sore. I like how it slides easily, but sometimes the pedals kind of freeze up and I can't go forward or backward, aside from that, it's going to be part of my daily routine when I'm at the computer! I like it a lot!!!

This is has been perfect for my mom who has limited range of motion.

I purchased a Yesoul for my wife who suffers with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Your unit is the best exercise unit we found for her, but we have one problem. Due to her MS my wife's heals turn inward and contact the carrying handle when she is exercising. Would it be possible to modify your pedals by adding 3 to 4 inches of plastic around the back of pedals. This would help impaired users keep their feet in place and help enhance Yesoul's usefulness. I would definitely buy one and I am sure many others would too. Good luck for you in your business!

I don't think the range of motion is as good as I thought it would be but it does keep your legs from being still all the time. I added a pair of weights and use those after I use the machine. That helps my arms and upper body a little.

The only thing I really don't like about this product is the noise. it started speaking almost immediately and nothing works to make it stop. It gets really annoying. if you need a quiet machine, try something else.

As our team works long hours at a desk and I purchased these to improve our circulation, burn calories, help with exercise and boost our energy. The Team loves them. They are easy to install and might be little heavy for some, but that weight keeps them in place and they are SUPER quiet. At first, I thought mine was making a slight noise, but that was because one of the petals was brushing up against a cord under my desk. Once I move the cord out of the way, I was astounded how quiet Yesoul truly is. I now have friends who bought lower end models switching to Yesoul's after being frustrated with theirs and then trying mine. : ) I highly recommend this product!

I am semi-disabled and unable to walk on uneven surfaces. The Yesoul gives me the freedom to exercise without having to go outside. I use it when watching TV or reading. A great product.

I have balance and vertigo issues . Thus is good for me. However, it is very heavy if I want to move it out of sight when not using it.

We purchased this over a year ago because my significant other wanted a way to exercise her lower body without going for long walks. I recently fractured my left femur and found it to be a wonderful therapeutic tool for rehabilitation therapy.

Bought this for my Dad who is 92. He loves it,easy to use,very quiet and gives a real workout for the legs. The pedals assure you don't slip. It is a tad heavy to move but the handle is very helpful.

It works well as a low impact workout while I read. Such a great device.

I bought my Yesoul for exercise while working from home. If it were whisper quiet like advertised I would be 100% happy with it. Unfortunately, it sits under my work desk without even 10 minutes of use. One pedal is quiet, the other is not. I really need the excersize. Can this unit be fixed?

The item is very heavy, so for an older person find a place were they dont have to move it.

Bought this for my wife and mother both and they seem satisfied with how it works. It is not noisy and gives a decent workout. The only problem I have found is the pedals don��t get tight. One screw has already come out. The pedals need a metal insert to tighten down completely. A metal screw into a plastic thread will not work well for very long. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise, it is pretty good.

It didn't quite fit under my desk but can use it with other chairs. It's a bit heavy for me but I can still move it. One last complaint...I found this same item at another place, online for $100 cheaper. Other than that, I am still liking using it.

My 86 year old Mom who is not very mobile loves this machine.

I used this immediately after hip surgery once approved by my surgeon. I had to be on crutches for two weeks and couldn't walk. I used this for months after to gain strength and mobility. Worked great. Kept weight off. I use this now when I watch any movies so I can do something while sitting. Keeps me from bring lazy. Easy to use. Easy to read screen. You won't lose weight like you would with a treadmill, actual elliptical, regular workout. If you peddle for hours though you will lose calories.

Love the ways you can set the resistance and the monitor lets you know how you are doing.

Yesoul states free mat with every purchase, however, no mat in box making it difficult to use because slides around on tile floor. Disappointed in cist then have to purchase a mat

I set this up in a very short time and use it most evenings while enjoying a bit of TV. The screw on the right foot platform falls out on a regular basis. I have put a piece of nylon tape over the screw to hold it in place, and contacted the manufacturer directly; they are sending a new set of screws. Also if the screws are tightened too tight, the wheels will NOT turn. There is very little noise when in use so you can have a conversation or don't need to turn up the volume on the TV or music source. So far I am pleased with the unit. I recommend purchasing this item.

It is easy to use, my only disappointment is that it is heavy to move.

This product is very quiet and very easy to move. We purchased this for my grandma who is 87 and has limited mobility. She uses this during physical therapy and it was advised for her to get one at home for her to use. It does not squeak, and it has adjustable levels which are really nice! All in all it is a great product and is very smooth. The only downside is that it is a little bit heavy and it might be difficult for an elderly person to move if they don't have help.

I absolutely love my Yesoul JR1! It healed some terrible knee pain that I had and may have saved me from requiring surgery. I would definitely recommend this machine.

I bought this because I am old, lazy, and hate going out to the gym. It "helps" that I work in IT and sit at my desk for 10+ hours a day. So, I sit at my desk with my morning coffee and I get in 20 minutes while reviewing my emails and sipping coffee. Then, when lunch comes, I can do another quick 10-30 minutes. It isn't a "full" work out, but it keeps my doctor happy that I am doing "something". Getting the device set up was very easy, even without reading the assembly instructions. Attach two pedals with two screws each. Slid under the desk, et voila!

I just received my Yesoul. I bought it for circulation. I can easily watch TV while using it. It is not noisy. I sit in my desk chair. I'm not sure you could used it easily in a recliner.

I received the Yesoul JR1as a mother's day gift and it has been wonderful. I have had both knees replaced and the ellipse motion on the Yesoul, forward and back, has relaxed and strengthened muscles. I enjoy using it each day.

I'm walking better and legs feel stronger. It's worth the price.

So pleased I found this. I have had both hips replaced & my right knee. I am a bit unstable when walking. I use a walker to get around. This is a perfect way for me to safely exercise at 72 years old. I can lose myself in a book or movie and just keep peddling. Easy to change resistant levels. I was surprised, the next day, how much my muscles were letting me know it worked! Highly recommend! ????????????

Whisper quiet and very sturdy, both my husband and I liked this compact, simple to use peddler. You must find a chair that allows you to lean cycle without hurting your back. I sit on a firm couch with a firm lumbar pillow to back against. I am especially happy to have an effective machine that doesn't include a half dozen "programs" for different cycles like climbing, dipping irregular.... Too complicated. The small digital window allows you to watch the minutes and the # of strides, which is all we need. I'll end with what I said at the start: it's very quiet, which is key for us. We can relax in the quiet, or listen to the radio, have a brief conversation. I like to focus on the cycling itself, paying attetion to my posture.

We originally purchased a similar product which was a fraction of the cost however my mother-in-law saw this one on tv and asked for this item to be ordered. She found it to work as she expected.

Got this for my wife who works at home . She need something to help with her anxiety and keep her body going while having 8 hours of sitting. I noticed a difference next day . Made her feel more positive and little more energetic. I started using it at night when reading or binged watching TV. And noticed a difference in my lower back on the morning. 40 's are fun lol. It's solid build and good weight so doesn't move. Nice digital monitor for strides etc. We always ask each other how many you did. Don't go cheep with those $40 something dollar ones , this one is worth it. Only hang up , is it started making a tiny noise , as if it is hitting something inside at a certain point of pedaling. Other than that, it works great and highly recommend.

When I purchased this I thought it was a bit pricey but I needed something to keep me moving,being quite sedentary. I am thrilled, way beyond expectations! I have used it 2 to 4 hrs every day, sitting in a chair and watching TV. In a four hour shift I have gone 14,ooo strides and burned 400 calories. Mine is very, whisper quiet and smooth to run. Been using about 1 month. I also feel better and am more interested in other activities! In my opinion this is an excellent product and just what I needed!

I only recently purchased this item. After hip surgery I needed something that would help me with activity and not put my knees higher than my hips when using it. I have been recovering from knee replacement surgery. My Yesoul has been a great addition to my rehab.

I am an 85 year old woman who just recently completed cardiac rehab. One of the exercises we did was similar to the Yesoul Jr 1 except you sat on their seat and had the option of exercising your arms as well. This was fun and interesting at first. As time went on, it became boring. Their was no opportunity to become personally competitive or progressive. At the end of my prescriptive time, I was given advice to continue exercise at a gym. I knew I would not do. Gyms aren't my thing. One evening I saw an ad on TV for Yesoul. I found that interesting and decided to pursue it online. I ordered one along with the fantastic back rest and protective floor sheet. It arrived, I put it together very easily and was delighted with its quality and promise! This isn't an item you can easily move around from one room to another unless you have a very strong person to help! So I set it up in my office and it will necessarily stay there! But it is great! I can adjust the resistance and monitor my progress, even the number of calories I expend. So I can be personally competitive. I can use it when I want to

Bougth this for my father who recently had surgery to repair his femur bone after a fall !! he LOVES it says it helps take out the tightness after setting , and when he stands to walk its much easier !! GREAT PRODUCT !!

I have an 84-year-old client who is in bad shape and spends most of his time seated which makes leg strength hard to accomplish. He has fallen several times due to the lack of strength which creates a lack of balance. Today was his first day using it and he did quite well with it. I look forward to seeing what the future might hold for him with using this Yesoul

Heavier then expected for older people to move or people with back or arm problems. Need to be more aware of the weight. Like it for use.

Excellent product.

Had to fold up a wash cloth to stop the wobble but for someone who has ZERO space it's still wonderful. Can't be used standing up! I remember seeing pictures and reading somewhere of this being used standing and not true! The angle of the pedals is designed just for sitting down, like you'll break your ankles trying that. Also has warning labels that very clearly state do not stand. Very quiet as long as you take care of the wobble if your machine has that.

Love using this machine. It is heavy but will not move when using it. It is solid and very steardy. Highly recommended.

already peddled several thousand steps. very enjoyable. great forward and backward motion.. wasnt expecting it to be as heavy but it is maneuverable. didnt expect any assembly but it was pretty easy and there was a screw driver included. i would recommend this product .

I didn't appreciate that it was haphazardly packed by whoever originally opened & re-packed it; an important screw/bolt was MISSING! The 4 NEEDED screws should have been taped together & secured in a [sealed] bag; Also theres only 1 pamphlet [in French] with the directions about setting digital meter (rotations, timer, calories ) . It IS surprisingly much heavier than expected! So all-in-all, I am pleased to have scored this deal. I already started using it as soon as I got needed replacement bolt & assembled the 2nd pedal; I already have 525 rotations scored; I am confident consistently using this machine will help alleviate swollen ankles & feet from poor circulation.

Got this for my gran, it gets the heart going! Be ware its a heavy and quite a large package when you order. Otherwise super easy to handle.

I tried another brand and it almost immediately began squeaking and creaking. It's been a couple months and so far this one is completely silent. It's heavy enough that it doesn't slide around but this also means it really can only be used in one place, so don't plan on moving it around the house. The motion is lateral enough that my knees don't bump my desk, but I do have a sit to stand desk so can put it a little higher than regular desk height. The calorie counter seems a lot more accurate than my other one that over counted. I can burn 100-200 calories by using this on an off throughout the work day. I love it!

This has helped my 80+ husband keep on his feet. After (3) back surgeries and (1) neck fusion my husband started using this. It sure has helped keep him on his feet and going! Pricey, but FREE shipping helped as this thing is heavy.

I bought this for my husband and it has absolutely worked wonders. He has neuropathy in his feet and very poor balance so most exercise is not possible for him. Prior to using this equipment, his feet and lower legs were grossly swollen. After a couple of weeks of using the Yesoul, the swelling was gone. I also notice that he is more alert on days that he uses the Yesoul. He doesn't mind using it because it is virtually noiseless and he can watch TV while doing it. He frequently uses it for an hour or more and isn't even aware of the passage of time.

I like he ease of exercising with the Yesoul, I don't like that the unit slips forward as I am using it. Manufacturer should know about this problem and fix it.

Erasure to assemble.

The Yesoul came on time and was easy to put together, however it is heavier than i thought it would be and hard to move.

The machine is great. Very quiet and pretty good exercise. Sadly, after spending 250$ on the machine, I had to then go out and buy a10$ battery so the display would work.
