Yesoul Indoor Fitness Board

I'm a husband, father of 6 kids, and a small business owner, so my "Me Time" is very limited. This board and the accessory allows me to lift hard, heavy and safely, all at home and in the smallest footprint imaginable!

My wife keeps telling me how much she loves this machine! So easy to get a workout without tons of weights and rubber bands. It looks sharp but doesn't take lots of space. We're happy with it and use it every day.

This is an absolutely amazing machine. It was quite the investment and some wait until it was delivered but well worth the wait. I have only used it for a couple of weeks but I can already noticed the difference. It automatically pushes you to your limit and will back off the weight if tiring. This makes sure you lift efficiently and safer in preventing injuries (another reason I got this as I have suffered back injuries previously). Its compact and easy to store as well as being safe, as I have a young 4 year old running around making it difficult to lift traditional weights safely.

Size wise, and weight wise this product is amazing. Can do almost all exercises.

I am so happy I bought this. I was looking for a machine that was well rounded and offered most that a gym could offer at home. I live in a flat so space is very limited and this machine seemed just perfect to offer what I was looking for. It is small enough to use in a small room but so powerful and very well thought. Wow what a machine. I am so impressed by it! It can even increases weights per rep whilst doing the set if you want, I mean this is amazing. I am beyond happy with it and couldn’t have hoped for a better machine. Just the fact that I don’t have to change weights or use another machine to exercise makes me save so much time and energy, you don’t even need to think about what exercise you are gonna do next, you just follow the class and change accessories, the rest the machine takes care of it. It is so impressive! I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone who is looking for the perfect home gym! it is simply the best! I can’t deny that it is a bit costly and not affordable to everyone, but when you think about how much a gym membership costs, this is by far cheaper on the long run. And with the membership you have tons of different classes and hundreds of exercises to follow which for me is like having a PT at home. It is so worth it. I just love it!

I rarely put up any reviews. But I got this as a kickstarter, and it is a great solution. You're not paying as much as some of the other stuff where you have to have home installation, and you can still generate a ton of weight without compromising form or exercises. Between this and a stationary bike or access to a safe neighborhood for running whenever you want, this actually can serve as a complete substitute for a gym if needed. Kind of gets rid of any excuses you have, and I used to be a pretty avid lifter.

I love a few things about this product. First, the portability. I recently went on a trip across the country and was able to fit the platform and components bag in my suitcase with plenty of room to spare for my clothes. The product is light enough that you could walk everything to the park and do your squats and deadlifts in the fresh air. Second, the comprehensive design. With the notch system for the resistance bands, you're able to load the resistance to begin at the bottom of the movement, which means that you can actually replicate heavier compound movements. Third, the accessories and attachments. Almost any exercise you can do in the gym, you can replicate with this product using the provided attachments.Personally, I love this product. It is a great portable gym to use when I'm traveling or programming a deload week. I also think this product would be great for those who are just getting into resistance training and for those who don't feel the need to follow standard routines at commercial gyms.

I actually backed this on Kickstarter so I could get home workouts in in the pandemic. Been using it for a little over a month now, and I liked it so much that I ended up getting one for my dad. It's all easily packed away into a gym bag and simple to use.

yesoul gym is just like having a gym in your home. You can do a variety of workouts. Set up is easy.

There are a lot of portable gyms that work similar for this but this one by far is the most high quality and the most sturdiest out of it's category. This has a very thick and hefty piece of aluminum running down the middle if the base and it was very stable and the bands were in place the whole time I was working out. Many of these products tend to have a board that rises up when you workout but not this one. The resistance bands are also high quality as they give you the ability to quickly adjust the length without having to weave it like most products from this category. I highly recommend, the build quality of it alone makes it worth the extra price and plus it's a very sleek looking product as well.

This is definitely a life saver for me! I actually manage a gym, but between work and home life, I��m never able to actually utilize it. I was looking for more stuff to do from home on my own time. I started with a resistance band, a broom handle, and one dumbbell. (You get creative when you��re desperate.) Then I stumbled on this! My husband immediately ordered it, and it arrived just 2 days later.Setup was super easy, and I referred to the videos on the website for some ideas on what to do. (Mitchell, you should definitely consider making an app!) My husband spends 4-5 days at the gym, and he��s a solid 220. He tried out the bench press version last night and was happily surprised!All in all, if I could give this more stars, I absolutely would. I��ll definitely be recommending this to all of my lifting moms who don��t always have the gym time!

The yesoul Gym is really all I wanted it to be. A convenient and efficient way to get my workout done anywhere and anytime. With working from home exclusively now, I needed a solution that would fit in my home office without using too much space but also without sacrificing all the exercises that I want to do. I am very pleased with this excellent product, so I decided to buy a second one that I��ll be gifting to my dad for Christmas. I highly recommend it.

I have searched for a good resistance band kit that would hold up to real workouts and provide a high amount of resistance. This kit is very well engineered, and the support videos are phenomenal. The deck can really withstand whatever weight you want to use such as 260 pounds for squats. Great work yesoul Gym!! I hope to see extra/replacement bands for sale soon!

Everything works well, but the ROM for deadlifts is a little bit off. Squats with stronger bands are kind of terrifying, and also awkward to get set up in each set. For light-medium weight I would recommend this, but anything past 200lbs gets either kind of awkward or kind of scary��

The base of this is very sturdy and as stated. I like that it is not plastic. I do think the bands could have been better color coded as to the weight they are. They are either black or grey. I have confused putting the matching bands on the base many times. Also, I think there needs to be one more notch on the bands to make them shorter. Deadlifts need to start lower/closer to the base. But overall this is a very nice set up. I am converting over from free weights so there is a learning curve to resistance bands.

I��m really enjoying this product. I had some issues at first but they were terrific with customer support and they were able to remedy it quickly for me. I recently traveled with it and it was very convenient to pack. I��m getting great results and I can exercise so many muscles and I don��t need a lot of space to do it. This is a great option for apartment living or if you don��t have the space in your house for gym equipment.

I was in quarantine for a trip overseas and the yesoul gym definitely kept me sane. Proudly can say that I came out of the quarantine and better shape than when I went in thanks to my yesoul.

This is a very sturdy, well designed home gym that tucks away in a very small space. I use it as an indoor alternative to my ice cold garage weight room in the winter. I��m pleasantly surprised how many exercises that I can perform with this set that accurately mimic weight exercises. Highly recommended.

This is a really nice system. Easy to assemble and to learn. Lots of options for multiple types of lifting and strengthening and easy to switch from one exercise to another. This is a great choice as a stand alone system or as a companion to your regular workout routine.

I really like this gym. It has easy locking resistance bands, and most importantly, the base doesn��t warp up when exercising like the one I owned before this. Only thing I would suggest having is a workout guide/plan that could be followed.
