I have really strong abs but this machine, you can literally feel it working on your first set. I d Isn't bother with the LCD counter... I can count in my head :-) the plastic bits on end of the rollers keep comung off but some glue will fix that. Anyway, Recommended.

I have several different workout devices / equipment and I have to say that this Yesoul Ab Workout thingy is one of my favorites to use. Easy set up, easy to use, sturdy and very convenient. I do my normal amount of reps and then whenever I walk near it, I hop on and do a few more. It all adds up! It doesn't just work your Abs, but also your upper body (arms, back, shoulders) and your legs. It's almost like a full body workout. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this piece of equipment while on Yesoul.

I love that I can fold this up and store it under my bed and pull it out daily. Already noticed results in a weeks time. I also love that it counts my reps for me until I reset it. IĄŻve done 60 reps each day and itĄŻs been totally worth the money.

This thing is cool. ItĄŻs easy to use (as in able to get on, adjust settings but itĄŻs a workout so not that easy??) I can bring it out & put it away easily & so far itĄŻs been great. My only Ą°issueĄą would be I wish it was not a single bar for both legs but separate bars so you could get a thigh & glute workout too. I think there is a model like that from this company & probably shouldĄŻve looked closer at the pics. Since thatĄŻs on me, IĄŻm not deducting any stars because it does what it displays. IĄŻll edit if it doesnĄŻt hold up long term.

It's beginner friendly and I've been using this machine everyday since I got it. Eating healthy and while I used to be 130lbs 5'1 and ripped, popping out a kid at 32 destroyed my glorious 6-pack. Its been 6 years since kid and I'm finally getting it back. Been on the machine daily at least 200 on intermediate and my friend commented on my abs. Gonna be glistening and shred cheese on them pretty soon. Great buy if you have a busy lifestyle. -1 star because it's a tad flimsy and I feel like a anyone who's above 300lbs might need to he careful. Other than that, I like

I am 260 pounds, 5ĄŻ9, not active but trying to do better. This product was light and easy to haul downstairs to my new in-house gym, and it only took 30 minutes to put together. With the adjustable sections on this product, it is super easy to use and felt comfortable doing so. the lower it is to the ground the easier the workout is. I have never done any sort of ab exercise, but within the hour of setting it up i was able to do 2 sets of 20 and feel it in my lower abdomen. I will say I did get this product on Prime Day for 52% off (around 57$) so i really do think this product is great for the price i got it at. however it does feel like it has a lower lifespan. the metal is super light and wiggles around in awkward places sometimes, and the counter mechanism it came with also feels on the cheaper side. IĄŻm sure if you use this product well and take care of it, it will last awhile. All things considered I am super happy with this purchase and do recommend!

We just received and set ours up. However it is missing the cushions on the bar even though all the product pictures and descriptions show they should have them.

It has different levels for beginners and advanced order now. You will definitely feel the burn in your abdomen. No pain no gain

It was easy to assemble. Like others in the comments, I do 100 crunches 1x a day everyday (but if I skip a day I do 100 crunches for each day I missed the next day ??). I weigh 130 pounds at the moment (I'm usually 125) and the foam pads on the knee area are being flattened from me using it so often/my weight so I have to rotate the pads so I can rest on the fluffy side (I have to do the same thing for the arm pad area). What I do not like about this would be that the arm pad section slowly slides off (both sides) and the red stoppers at the ends do nothing to keep them in place! Also, it is easy to slide off of the knee pads when you want to rest after doing a rep and the handle bars are wobbly, but that could be b/c I didn't screw something in tight enough ??????Ąâ?. If you are thinking of getting this machine I would say you should get it, for the past month since I have been using it I can see a little something going on in my torso area and all I need to do is tone up so I can see that definition better. It actually works. It has a rep counter/timer/calorie counter on it so that helps 10/10.

I just started using mine yesterday and I woke up sooo sore today. Easy to assemble. Not the sturdiest but as long as your careful you should be fine. I only did 50 reps in the morning and 50 more in the afternoon and can definitely feel it working. I had a c-section and have not been able to lose the "mom pouch" I can feel this working all of my abs not just the top two and that's a good sign.

Super easy to assemble

I haven't written a review for the many products I have bought from Yesoul for something like 10 years, but this piece of equipment is so good it blew my mind with the way it can be adjusted to strengthen stomach muscles in the most maximum way without causing pain to my problematic back like so many other stomach strengthening exercises do.

This is great for streaghting your core if done correctly. One thing I do not like is the red block in the center is lower than the rollers so do not get off the machine unless you are at the bottom or it will slide and hit your ankles and it hurts.

I am really loving this ab workout equipment. It was super easy to install, only a couple of pieces to add. ItĄŻs adjustable with a simple pin to make the workout easier or harder. My favorite thing is that IĄŻm really good about working out my upper abs but have more of a hard time working out the lower abs. I feel that this really targets the lower abs. I also like that I can easily remove the pin and it folds up for easy storage.

I love this machine. You can really feel your core activating. IĄŻve challenged myself to do 100 a day and although itĄŻs tough some days, I can see a change!

After reading the reviews and such about assembly and use I was super worried that I would regret my purchase as I am 40-something, chubby wubby and 4ft 11. However, This took me 5 minutes to assemble and it is super easy to use. Changing between the levels is easy as well. So not sure what everyone else was talking about. Definitely recommend this product.

Well!! Fell off busted my knee cap first try???? and I did 10 sets of 10 day 1!! (Yesterday) ok!! Currently 1:52am and my legs and stomach burn ???????? moon off 6 oldest 19 youngest 3 1/2 months, itĄŻs crazy but I think it works lol! Easy to put together and fold to store. To be honest, I was surprised at how short this machine was but I must admit itĄŻs pretty effectiveĄŞyou can get a great ab workout on it. I used to do ab crunches on my power tower but this is my new go to because itĄŻs easier to adjust the weight. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and it didnĄŻt take long to put this together. Definitely recommend!

My seven year old help me put this together, thatĄŻs how easy it was. I have been using it periodically throughout the weeks, and you can definitely feel the progress when youĄŻre done the next day. I would say this is definitely worth your money and your time.

Let me start by saying that this ab workout machine from Yesoul will set your abs (AND hip flexors) on FIRE, if you use it correctly. What I don't like about it is that it seems to be built more for the shorter-statured population of users. I'm a male... 5' 11", 210 lb. And, I find that I can't get a good stretch on my abs because the track is too short. It doesn't have enough travel, in order be optimal for someone of my height or taller. That said, it does feel like I'm in a perpetual state of ab-crunches. Constant tension, baby! And, as we know, "time under tension" is a key-component to any muscle's development. The thing for me is... that I treat my abs like any other muscle that I work out. I DON'T train them every day... and I DO prefer to give them a full range of motion. So, I guess this machine will allow me to occasionally hit them from a different angle and with a different type of intensity. Machine is sturdy and well-built with quality components. Sliding-action is smooth. Pads are very comfortable. And, I like the digital tracker/read-out. Overall, 3.9 stars... (But, I might give it 5 stars... if I was only about a foot shorter!) LOL. ;-)

This machine is a little hard in your back. I can feel my belly hard but a little hard on my back. Try to find the movement that fits your body.

This workout equipment was very easy for me to put together. The instructions are very simple and straightforward and it maybe took me 10 mins at most to assemble the entire thing. It is every sturdy and it didnĄŻt move scoot or move while I was using it. I will say itĄŻs effective for long term use. I can feel the burn every time I use it.

Just received this. Ordered it after being so impressed with the Yesoul adjustable workout bench I ordered for my son for Christmas. It was super easy to assemble, and it folds up nicely so I can store it when not in use. I love how adjustable it is. I'm out of shape so I was afraid it would be hard to use and I felt it in my abs for sure. I'm excited to start using this machine regularly. One of my sons, who works out regularly, liked it too, so it works for beginners or more advanced. Someone commented about not being a good fit for height, but neither one of us see how that would be an issue. Well padded for comfort during use, too.

This was very easy to put together, my 13 year old son had it all ready to go in 15 min. This has no bells and whistles but it gets the job done. Many incline settings, basic screen to keep track of time and reps. You will feel this in your abs after the very first use. This is easy on joints and did not hurt my back at all. If you want to work your core without paying the crazy prices for the fancy machine this is a must have addition to your home gym.

This thing is very easy to set up straight out of the box. There are different levels (IĄŻm currently using the easiest). It feels safe, IĄŻm not unstable on it and it doesnĄŻt hurt my knees. IĄŻve been using it everyday for two weeks and itĄŻs definitely a workout for your abs. I do notice a difference but over these two weeks IĄŻve been doing other exercises and eating healthy. Obviously one machine alone will not solve all my problems. Do I need this machine? No, I can do sit-ups the old fashioned way. I had to go online and look for some videos to make sure I was using it correctly. IĄŻve been taking my time with this as not to over do and hurt myself. It takes a bit of strength to use, especially in the more aggressive positions. I had to lower it a bit for me to use comfortably. It definitely works and I can feel the results. I recommend starting lower if not in shape and increasing the height when stronger. Interesting addition to my home gym and good for targeting in places my other equipment does not effectively reach.
