Bought this for my teen as a beginner bench and has been great and don't think he will really need much more that this.

The gym was received promptly and all parts were included (no missing or damaged parts). Assembly was easy. The finished product is aesthetically appealing and seems sturdy and well made. I took one star away because I feel the bicep curl bar is a little tight with regard to arm room which makes it a little awkward to get use to. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product and I feel the price was not bad.

Love that you can do multiple work outs on this bench and that it does not take up much space. Didn’t take too long to put together either a little under 2 hours

This is a great product for anyone starting a home gym. It is easy to adjust, folds up nicely, and is pretty comfortable. Assembly is simple and doesn't take very long. The only issues I have with it both involve where the bar is held up. You can adjust the height of this place holder, but not the width. I have long arms so it is a little uncomfortable when benching. Also since you can't move the place holders, exercises that involve chest support are difficult because they are in the weigh (like chest supported dumbbell rows). I still believe this is a 5 star product, because of it's usefulness for beginners on a budget.

I thought I wouldnt be able to fit it where I envisioned it but it fit perfectly. This is perfect for small apartments that dont have alot of space. What really surprised me is how truly sturdy it is! As I was putting it together, I kept thinking there is now way this can hold 600lbs. After It was done, I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend this bench as a perfect starter bench for those that dont have alot of space.

The bench was fairly easy to put together with the instructions nice and clear. Very sturdy so when I move around it is not shaking. Great for different exercises than just lifting. Overall a great product for a good price.

Perfect home gym. Assembly took 20 minutes. Looks great with function, comfort and sturdiness. I'm just getting back into lifting and had 160lbs on the bar and felt stable and safe utilizing the bench in all 3 positions. The bar held the weight without bowing.

This is a really great bench for the price! Assembly was easy and quick. It’s on the smaller side for a workout bench so make sure you check dimensions but for a garage gym this is perfect for us!

This bench works well for what I am using at home. It is sturdy enough but I wish the bar holders were a bit wider to accommodate for a wider grip on the bar. Overall a good bench and has been working well for me.

The weight bench set was exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the quality of the product that I received. My husband and I use this set daily and it folds away easily to give me more floor space when we are done with it.

We bought this item for my grandson for Christmas . It's perfect for his age group.

Good directions and easy to assemble. Seems sturdy so far. Definitely on the cheaper side though. Plastic cover was bolted into the bench which makes it impossible to fully remove. Bands are just cheap bungee cords which makes them basically useless. Overall though, good for the price. UPDATE: Great customer service as the company reached out and was quickly able to help solve the issues listed above. 5 stars.

My son is in championships in high school for soccer, track , and cross country and he works out heavily every day to maintain his physique. However due to a very filled garage and loft room, we need something that can be easily moved and easy on space. The bench is comfortable and sturdy and it can be folded up easily to be out of the way when not in use. The only complaint is I wish the pads were wider, but it still handles the job just fine. No complaints about the price and ability to store it safely out of the way. Its very compact when folded up as you can see and doesn't interfere with my wood shop space. Great product for the price!

This bench is super comfortable and a great space saver. I put it up when I'm not using it and I'm still able to have a good open space. I like that it has the cables on the bottom for stretching. Would highly recommend it.

I liked how easy it was to fold and takes up less space. Pretty sturdy. Holds my 45lb bar with weights easily. The only thing is that the bar is not adjustable enough to incline. I but it on the highest setting, but it is still to low to incline press with a bar.

Overall this is a nice bench, the instructions were poorly written and confusing. The way you had to open the package to get to the bolts made them unorganized. But the bench quality is great, my son has been using it for over a month now. The only complaint we have is it has 1in bars for the weights where 2ins are standard for heavy duty weights. Since weights are not included it would have been nice to have the options of the size or come with the conversions. The bench is good quality, sturdy and well made. We are pleased with this purchase.

I just set it up and need a bar and weights but instructions on this are absolutely terrible. no stickers or stamps on anything. so be prepared there. it seems “decent” for $250 or whatever but you will definitely want ball point allen set and metric wrenches because their tools suck!

I bought this for my home gym. Easy to install and put together - took me about 45mins to do on my own. Easy to use, and holds a decent amount of weight - i use an Olympic barbell and it holds great. Only issue would be the width of the bench press which means you have to lift it up and off with your arms outside of the support. I guess if you are loading much heavier weights that maybe a problem. Just saw the price drop to $90, when i paid $139 so a little frustrating.

My husband loves it!!! He uses it 2 to 3 times a week! He alternates between this and the gym and he's been so happy!

This bench works perfect for my home office/gym. It's versatile enough to help me work out my entire upper body, including core and glutes. The padding is thick enough for all exercises (I left the plastic to protect it). My favorite part aside from its ability to hold quite a bit of weight steadily, is the ease to fold it away, giving me more room when needed. The resistance band could be a little stiffer but they're not bad if you work on muscle exhaustion with repetitions. Overall this is a really good bench for home use and I've very satisfied with it. Great bench!

It definitely is a good product, unfortunately I can’t use it fully I am 5‘9“ about 180 pounds I do have MS and wanted the unit to build my strength back up. I felt like the unit was too small for me. Definitely an excellent product for someone with a smaller frame. I especially love the fact that it is such an excellent space saver. I will rate this product high but definitely consider your frame

Works great! My son bought this to lift at home and he uses it all the time. Easy to put together and does not take up much space. The only thing we did not know what to do with was some extra brackets? We know where they go but we don’t know what the purpose of them are. Overall great though

I bought this for my teenage son and I to start lifting. It was easy to put together, and is a sturdy, comfortable weight bench. It folds to incline, and folds up very nicely. The only downside I have, and reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is the fact that the space between the bar rest is not wide enough to get what I would deem to be a standard grip. Just a couple more inches in width on the bar rests and my hand position would be in the perfect spot. Overall a very good weight bench for us to get started with, and we are enjoying it.

I purchased a weight lifting bench on Yesoul last month and I am very satisfied with the purchase. The bench arrived promptly & was well packaged. It did require some assembly & I am not someone who is ever described as handy. I usually dread seeing the words “some assembly required”. This turned out to be an exception all the parts were there & the instructions were clear & easy to follow. They were not written in a foriegn language & then poorly translated, as is often the case today. I was able to assemble the bench in about an hour & I’ve used it daily since. It is solid and attractive, everything I want in a home gym. I’d give this purchase 5 stars ?? ????????out of five stars

Really sturdy bench can be moved any were in your house. Easy to lift and use, foldable bench this is highly recommended if you like to lift weights at home. Very minimal space used to place the bench.

This bench is well worth the money. It is sturdy, and you can feel confident using it. it came needing assembly which was not too difficult, took about 45 mins. When done pumping iron, you can easily fold it and push it against the wall for convenience. I would definitely recommend it, and it's a great value for what you get.

This weight bench assembled very easy. Is adjustable to allow for different bench positions. It folds up easily for storage. Shipping was fast and package arrived well boxed for safe shipping.

My goal was to purchase a weight bench which was sturdy enough for my large frame (6'3" @ 340lbs) to feel comfortable to actually use it for work outs. In that regard, I am very happy with my purchase. Assembly wasn't so bad, although the provided tools were inadequate, and I was happy to have both crescent and socket wrenches available for use. Features I feel I paid too much for: - folding, while I have folded it, the cotter pin does not fit properly so I worry it is not assembled properly. Additionally, it is off balanced when folded with weights on, and removing them each time is impractical for me. So I leave it unfolded most of the time. - Preacher Curls, the pad support is nice, but the combination leg lift and preacher curl arm does not fit my long arms, so I do not use it. - butterfly, These are both too short for my long arms and poorly attached to the point the jostle and rock when used that I doubt I am getting the exercise I intend, when I try. When I tighten the joint it is too stiff and limits movement, but even a minor turn to loosen and the rattle and jostle. They are not comforting. Additionally the support for the bench which changes the incline, is a narrow poorly powder coated hollow tube/pipe, which scrapes within the holes in the vertical mounts, and trips a trigger similar to "fingernails on a chalkboard" which irks me every time I move the bar. I would rather have the product than not, as I am enjoying the additional activity, working my arms and chest in ways which was difficult for me without the bench. But if I was to purchase one again, I would not choose this particular product. Star Rating Incremented after Compensation from Seller

I ordered this weight bench for my home gym and it arrived fast. It took me about 45 mins to 1 hour to put the bench together. It appears well made, holds my weight well. No squeaking sounds good hike in use. It’s easy to fold and store away especially for those who have limited space. The padding for the legs is adequate, I don’t have any discomfort. The hexagonal screw driver worked really well but the wrench that came with was too small for my liking and I had to switch to a personal wrench with longer handle. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. The small wrench was the only annoying component because it was too small and flat. Once I got a replacement, I was able to complete the task quickly.

Just purchased my first weight bench, easy to build and works just like the bench’s at a gym and folds up for easy storage , and by it having multifunction uses is very convenient. Money we’ll spent.
