Had these a couple of weeks. Once I got used to them they are super easy to use and work great.Read the manual and there are a couple of gotchas.1. You are supposed to unplug the unit after every workout2. They are electric and extra care is required.Nothing is perfect but these get the job done

I previously used the JaxJox adjustable dumbbells and they were great except for the fact that switching weights took too long. I do Strength workouts with my Peloton Bike+ and if I needed to switch weights during a workout, I would always miss the first few reps of the next set. These Yesoul weights change settings almost instantly. They are a tad larger, but overall they do the one thing that I want them to do which is switch faster than the JaxJox.There are many additional features and conveniences with the App, but the app has known issues right now (as of Jul 19, 2022). As long as you use them in "manual" mode only until the app is fixed, they work great. Since you have to re-rack them to change the weight setting, it's easy enough to just rotate the dial by hand before lifting them up again. The rest will follow with app updates later.For those who already purchased them and need to Factory Reset them to get them into manual-only mode:With the base plugged in to power, press and hold the knob for 8 seconds until the display shows "8.8.", then release. Now rotate the knob clockwise until the display shows "Fr" (for factory reset). Press and hold the knob for 8 seconds. Done.

OK. paring these with Voice Interaction was very tricky, but doable if you have patience!! But once they are paired, they work great!! super convenient of telling Voice Interaction what weight to have them on instead of dialing them in like regular dumbbells. Also has convenient knob where you can dial in the weight. Enjoy using these and believe they are well worth it!!

I have never used something like this before, but this has been a great find. It��s super easy to use. It��s comfortable to hold, even with my small hands. The only downside I would say is when the weights are not set properly, adjusting them is a pain. You have to remove each plate and then align them back in order. Just make sure to give it a few seconds when switching to make sure it calibrates properly.

When the pandemic started, I was looking for some adjustable dumbbells to workout at home with. Most seemed flimsy and not work the price. Also, some had odd shapes when in different weight configurations. I ended up purchasing some PowerBlocks which have worked well but changing weights was not a quick process. I generally use the weights when doing strength classes in the Peloton app and it was difficult to adjust the weights in time to keep up with the class.I saw an ad for the new this dumbbell dumbbells and thought they might allow me to use change weights much quicker and keep up with the instructor in the workout programs. They are brand new but I decided to take the chance on them. I've only used them a couple of times so far but they have worked out great.The weights switch very quickly with just 2 clicks of the knob. I've had no problem keeping up with the strength classes. They are also shaped more like traditional dumbbells so exercises where you may grip them differently work fine. They also seem sturdy enough for exercises like renegade rows.I have not connected them to my wifi to test the Voice Interaction integration and I don't use the Yesoul App application so I can't comment on those features. I would expect as other reviewers have mentioned that asking Voice Interaction to change the weight would take longer than simply rotating the dial. The base does need to be plugged into the wall for it to function. The manual states to only keep it plugged in while using as it can decrease the life of the unit. Not sure why this is the case. Seem strange that keeping it plugged in would create an issue but I just plug it up when using it.These weights are on the more expensive side for adjustable dumbbells but for me they have been the perfect solution so far.

Everyone has their own experience like the earliest reviews here, but for me I had a flawless setup. The plates jiggle SLIGHTLY when using them but I have a feeling that's the case with all adjustable dumbells. I was considering the powerblocks before these, but I love how sleek and straightforward these are.The only con I have is that it only works electronically... if the electronics go out, then they'll be stuck in whatever weight you last selected.

I��ve now had these weights for approximately two weeks and have had no issues with them. They work great and look better than most weights on the market. I have not used the Voice Interaction voice command yet, as I find it easy enough to just use the knob. The only downside is that you can only select one weight amount at a time. So it can be a bit difficult when doing a workout that requires multiple weight types (lbs).

In two days of use, I like the this dumbbell Dumbbell a lot. It's compact, and fast to change weights when working out. The dumbbells have a nice feel with the knurled handle, they don't slide or rattle, or roll on the floor. The weight change is FAST, like zip-zip on under a second. I had to remove all the weights to calibrate the weight position the first time, which was a pain. I was able to set it up to my Wi-Fi using my Android phone. I discovered the Yesoul App App doesn't work with my Amazon Fire tablet. And I'm still hoping to connect it with Yesoul App on my S22i bike. Don't know if that will happen. I am good using the manual setting, either the knob or Voice Interaction. The advantage of the automatic change is it remembers your current settings for all the exercises for the next time. I'm using it with my own strength programs such as pushups and sit-ups, so I don't necessarily need the Yesoul App program.

I purchased this set a little over a month ago and have been using them since. Super easy to adjust. I love the digital settings to see the exact weight. The weights are sturdy and high quality. I decided to replace my old bow flex set with these and so far it��s been a big upgrade!

I was hesitant about these but so glad I bought them! I didn��t understand how they would work but they have been way easier & more efficient than I thought. I��ve been building up my home gym equipment & these are ideal because they are compact/take up super minimal space & don��t stink like weights at the gym. Ive resisted buying weights until now because I hate how bulky they are & hard to store. They are also easy to clean.I��ve used both voice command with Voice Interaction & the knob & don��t have a preference- both easy & have worked fine for me (been using for a month). My 13 year old daughter has used them as well & they make her workouts easier & faster. I��ve used them for Pilates, treadmill workouts & weight lifting. Save time with the voice command & knobs to switch weight. Set up was easy. Hardest thing was bringing box in house & deciding where I wanted them.

I've got a whole rack of various-weight dumbells in one tidy package, saving a bunch of space I would otherwise need. I'd previously bought a pair of fixed-weight dumbells but that were only the right weight for one exercise type. I've been able to expand into other dumbell exercises which I would typically need different weights for (triceps, curls, lunges, etc.) I sit at a desk most of the day so I use these in my office when I need a break from sitting to get the blood pumping and space some exercises throughout the day.

Very sturdy and solid weights. I can tell Voice Interaction to change the weights when I am resting. I edited the routines so I only have to say "Voice Interaction 30 pounds" etc. It is so nice. Way better than Powerblocks or Bowflex. 10/5 stars!!! You will not regret this purchase!!!

The body of these are way smaller than others I have used. You will need an outlet to have them work.

When I first had heard about these I figured they were going to be ridiculously expensive for what they were. I was pleasantly surprised to see they were not. Using one knob to change weight is an absolute game-changer. I'm personally not great when it comes to using Voice Interaction in general so I don't opt to use it often but it does work as intended. Definitely recommend these SMARTbells.

I love these new adjustable dumbbell��s! Very easy to dial to the weight you want to use or you can use Voice Interaction and change the weight with voice control! When using the dial make sure to wait for the sound of a click before trying to pick themUp. It takes about two seconds for the change to happen, if you don��t wait the dumbbell will become misaligned. I don��t mind the wait because they are much quicker to change out than my old adjustable weights.

Amazing deal I got these for 279! Open box in almost brand new condition. Really got lucky! They are worth the regular price. Easy to adjust and I love Yesoul App, but don��t work so well with Voice Interaction. Takes way to long to adjust with Voice Interaction, also disconnects from Wi-Fi often which messes the dumbbells up.

Very solid construction. The dial selector slips...I wish there was feedback when turning it. The grips are really comfortable. Perfect set really.

The dumbbells are very easy to use. I love being able to just turn a knob and have it add or drop weight. I'm happy with the product. I probably recalibrated it at least ten times in the first two weeks though as per instructions. Since then, I've found that most firmware problems fix themselves if you just leave it alone for awhile and come back later. No recal necessary.

I own multiple sets of adjustable dumbbells. Never loved any of them but for a small workout space had no choice. These are game changers. I have not even used Yesoul App or Voice Interaction with them yet. They are quiet! Love the square shape. Well balanced and they shorten or lengthen to adjust the weight. No more huge dumbbell frame when working with less weight. I will still use my other dumbbells to have the weights set for fast breakdown reps, but if you only had these they would still work fine as they adjust very quickly even using the manual knob. Have to find a good stand for them as the cradle is large. Still looking

The media could not be loaded. My wife & I have been researching & looking for the right adjustable dumbbell set. Look no further because this is it! We wanted to get a couple of workouts in before reviewing but honestly we just really needed the one. This set replaces our entire line of individual dumbbell weights! Very sturdy & well made. I've read other reviews that mentioned the bulk & "noise/rattling" but tbh the bulkiness is not bad & the rattling just wasn't bothering me at all. The "bulk" made it feel more balanced depending on the exercise tbh.Pros: very easy to change weight (just turn the knob), comes with its own base so storage is simple & great, very sleek design, ease of use is fantastic, the lightest weight (5 lb) is the smallest dumbbell & it works its way up (unlike other adjustable dumbbells where the lightest weight is the longest).Prime Day sale made this a no-brainer purchase!Cons: needs power to use, only 5 lb increase increments

I got these on prime day and I am so glad I did. I have been wanting a variety of weights but did not want to get individual sets. So easy to use and put together. Took my workout to the next level

These weights are amazing. The only problem was that I had to keep resetting them during the first week and I thought I would have to return (weights kept falling off, etc.). I finally connected to the this dumbbell app and that got me started and connected and the firmware updated. Now they are great. The instructions don't mention anything about this.

Hey Voice Interaction, wait for Voice Interaction, then ask Voice Interaction to change your weight, then hope Voice Interaction heard the right weight, then wait for the weights to work2. move the knob yourself, instant responseSeriously, these weights are amazing if you appreciate the fact that they're just electronic dumbbells. I don't see any benefit or value to having Voice Interaction try and do anything in my life, let alone change my weights (also, who's too lazy to reach down and move a knob in the middle of a workout anyway). The response time for weight change is immediate, these come ready nearly out of the box, can't speak highly enough if intended use is people with a real brain not a need to have a chip in their own to workout for them. I didn't think I would like the smartpad stand but it's actually a super nice touch if using YouTube, etc. for workout vids.
